I really wanted to love FishHawk Bagels, and in many ways, I still do. The story behind it—an owner from New York bringing authentic bagels to the community—is something I truly appreciate. And when it comes to the bagels themselves, you can tell they’re the real deal. The crispy exterior and chewy interior make it clear these are properly boiled bagels, just like they should be.

The staff are friendly and the wait time was great. A poppy bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese, is very good. I've only visited twice around 830am. The place is clean and roomy. I also enjoy a cappuccino, with a splash of sugar free vanilla. Yum!! I look forward to coming back and trying the other items on the menu.

Great service. Very peaceful atmosphere during the week. The Wifi isn’t strong, so it’s not great for coworking. But if you’re looking for a fresh bagel in a peaceful, clean atmosphere.. this is the spot.
