“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “Had to go in for Everclear and some last minute adult Christmas gift items. Quick and painless. About average grocery store liquor store selection. Unfortunately they no longer carry the short 375ml bottles of Noilly Prat dry vermouth, ideal size because I end up pouring 90% of every bottle of vermouth down the drain cuz it goes bad so quick... I like my martinis dry but I do not drink enough of them to ever finish a bottle of vermouth once it's opened. Anyway they do carry usual selection of vermouth just in the taller bottles.“

We’ve lived locally for a year and I cannot believe this absolute gem was right in front of us the whole time. Mandola’s Italian Restaurant in Riverview completely blew us away from the moment we walked in.

Every single detail was exquisite — the service, the food, the atmosphere, the vibe… all perfection. You can genuinely feel the care and pride from everyone: the cooks, the servers, and the store managers. The attention to detail is unmatched.

When I say I left charmed, I mean it. I’m already telling everyone I know about this place, and we are officially becoming regulars. 💯

I’ve never been to Italy (it’s high on my bucket list), but wow… the second I stepped inside Mandola’s, it truly felt like I traveled. The warmth, the authenticity, the experience — just WOW.

“Frankie’s is as real as it gets for an Italian deli in Florida. I go back whenever I’m in the area. Very impressed with the sandwiches that offer NY staples like a chicken parm or chop cheese. The pizza is also pretty comparable to what you find commonly in NY.“

“Visited there yesterday, the line was out the door for good reason! The chicken cutlet taco filled with Cesar salad was amazing. Better than that was when the owner Frankie himself came out asking how everything was while cleaning the tables and chatting with the customers. The samples of Sicilian pizza was also a treat. “So I always thought I was eating "healthy enough" and working out to at least maintain my weight. So, when I came back from my honeymoon 10-15 lbs heavier I decided to try Fresh Original Foods, and continue my daily workouts. The first week, I already saw a difference! I was down a few pounds and felt good! After two weeks I'm almost down 10 lbs, and I couldn't be happier! The food is yummy, it's easy, and I don't have to worry about prepping it all. “DO NOT EAT LUNCH AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! Unless you have major self control! Unfortunately, I do not and my lunch ended with me taking a nap! I basically feel into a Cuban food coma…apparently it IS a real thing. 😁😄 😆Everything looked and smelled amazing and the customer service was top notch also. The lady asked me if I wanted to try anything before I made a decision and she was very informative. If I had to say anything negative… they made the empanada too hot! They are made fresh to order and I HAD to take a bite before I left the parking lot! Sure, I did burn my mouth… but I don’t care and will do it again! 100% worth it! 🤪 $24 total and that included tip. I couldn’t wait to leave a review! I can not wait to introduce my family to this establishment.
