I chose the 6 pcs meal, only received 4 pcs of chicken not completely cooked, the cole slaw with hardly any dressing, the corn tasted sour.I did enjoy the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy.

I ordered from the KFC app. They told me there that they never got my order in their system, i told them that Is already paid. They told me they would not give me my food. I told them multiple times is paid off… how I cant have my food? And they told me you need to call for a refund. They didnt help me at all with this situation. Ended up talking to customer service explaining everything over the phone on a lo g conversation so they can issue me a refund. They even took my desire to eat. I hate how they handled thus situation. I will never in my life come back to this place.

My only real complaint is that I 100% order on the app for pickup. I expect my food to be ready when I get there so I can grab and go. My food is never ready and I'm always waiting 10-15 mins after the time is supposed to be ready. The kitchen is often out of something and seems disorganized. They also don't put the food out, so I have to stand in line to let someone know behind people who haven't ordered. They told me its because people will take someone else's order which I do believe. The last time, every time the girl tried to get my food a new customer would come in and shed have to stop to take a new order.On the positive side, the front end staff have always been friendly and the food is always good.Overall maybe 3.5. I've gone here for a few years and it's gotten worse over time.

I think everyone loves fried chicken! I have had their regular chicken, chicken tenders, and pot pie. Some days when I come here I have a hard time deciding what to order. Their prices have increased like every place else. The staff has always been very nice and accommodating to any issues or requests that I may have. They really do make the visit a good one!Parking: There are numerous parking spaces around the building. During their peak dinner rush, you may be parking in the back. But it's worth it!
