Last night I was so frustrated about my purchase. But after I posted my review, I discovered my meat was still pink and mashed potatoes were dry and cold. I went back today and spoke with the manager. She was so nice and very professional. She replaced my order with my original order. Excellent Customer Service and Problem Resolution ???????
All fresh like homemade
The chicken was flavored good. The service that I received from the two young ladies in the front was excellent. I waited outside in my vehicle because I wanted original the young lady said she'll make me some fresh because they didn't have the pieces that I wanted. The other young lady brought me my chicken to my vehicle. I was very happy and satisfied in the way I was treated by them both. Continue with your professional and courteous service. I appreciated all that they done.
