So today was the T-Mobile Tuesday deal—free entrée with any drink purchase. We showed up around 9 in the evening, and even though all the food was still out in front, the workers said they were “out of everything” and couldn’t take cash or online orders. Being a franchise doesn’t mean you get to do this, especially when the food was clearly available. The video is just to show that they did, in fact, have food. Manager hid behind and have the junior workers face the customers 🙄. If you can't afford to give the food at promoted rate, STOP PROMOTING on a bigger platform. What a disappointing experience. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS AGAIN. THANK YOU MOES

We got there a half hour before they closed and I was having an issue ordering using the app. 2 of our 3 kids were able to order without issue. Because it had been busy and they were running low on some of the food I thought I was out of luck. The manager and staff were more than accommodating when I told them the issue me and my youngest son were having with the app. Without hesitation they asked what we wanted and that they would ring us up using our phone numbers associated with our accounts. So we were able to not only get our orders done but they were very friendly and helpful. For our first visit it ended up being a pleasant experience.

This place was really good. The food looked just as delicious as it tasted and was very filling. The workers were really nice and showed a lot of hospitality. I was able to get my order quick and easy and the staff was very polite. The place was clean and well kept and overall I had a good experience. I totally recommend for anyone looking to try.

Went there because of the T-Mobile deal. Even though they were out of a lot of things, the staff was SUPER nice and accommodating! EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I came in on the T-Mobile Tuesday free entrée day. Bonnie and Callie did an amazing job making sure everybody was help. They kept a smile on their face the entire time and they were extremely courteous knowledgeable and were the sweetest honestly, the entire staff worked together. I was here other two people offering each other to take each other home after work if they didn’t have a ride, it showed a real family teamwork environment. I haven’t countered Bonnie and Callie on a previous visit and they were very kind and memorable . To find out that neither of them were in management was very shocking they made a crazy day flow with peace . Above and beyond my expectation !!! So much love in this place and I love that it brought me so much warmth to see

This place sucks and oh ashley the “shift lead” is a horrible person underneath the mask. Would not recommend anyone working or eating at this place. 0/10 would not recommend. All they do is sit down after every order. But I get let go ok LMAO

Horrible place! Close it. Food was terrible, cold and not bland. Brown rice was undercooked and tasted like paste. Chips were stale and greasy. Place was dirty. All the tables needed to be cleaned as for the floors. Employees were in the kitchen all the time, dod not see them after I paid. Will not return to this place.

No brisket, as advertised, too busy talking amongst themselves when im the only one in the place. A leak on the floor and no Caution sign, after I said there was water on the floor and them saying they know. Dried out meats and just overall, disappointed. I guess Chipotle is it for us. As soon as I paid for my food they were back in the kitchen chatting away. Way too shitty for $40

Idk what happened this time I ordered the BOGO homewrecker on UberEATS for pick and both burritos were lacking in protein it was mostly rice. Don't skimp on the protein because you have a sale you'll lose more customers then you will receive. They also didn't give me the salsa that came with the chips LOL. You got us today but I won't be using this location again. God bless and be well friends

I spent almost $80 where my food should be well cared, put a burrito wrap in my chips bag and the salsa had to Subway half of a full bag of chips cuz the salsa poured all inside of it and it got soggy, I understand The Establishment close at 10:00 but I placed my order hours before closeing, need more training.

I ordered on uber eats and I feel like the quality they give online orders is very different.
My burritos were wrong, missing ingredients and the chips were AWFUL. So stale.

Connor was amazing and helped me customize my burrito when I was indecisive, I loaded it with as much as possible, and Ashely combined with Conner had a great attitude.

Friendly and attentive staff. Manager brought me extra chips. Salsa was fresh and delicious. I'll eat here next time im in Riverview.
