The service was really slow for only having myself and husband in line .. the amount we paid the food was stale and soggy .. and they didn't give us sauce to go with our chips ... Don't know that we will come back again ...half of the food was not spiced or not ready to have on the line and they had to stop and get cheese and other items that were out of stock

I walked in at 1:30 pm to order a chicken quesadilla and the clerk tells me that they are out of chicken. Like, really? No chicken? So why are you open?Never go here.

They are always out of everything, as early as 630pm on a regular day. Note that the store closes at 9pm. Ridiculous. What's worse is they don't tell you until you're half way through the queue with your bowl half made.

Food was over cooked with soggy vegetables. One of the staff members was sleeping in booth and the toilet in the men's restroom was broken. This place needs help, worst moes experience by far.
Closing down the salsa bar and ice tea almost 2 hours before close on a Friday is ridiculous, especially with a line out the door. Excuses about no salsa (lies, I watched them close it down around me) and running out of rice. No hair net on the bushy hair guy behind the line (no hat or pony tail either). If as much time was spent running the store as is trying to prematurely close I’d have no issues here. I guess some businesses don’t learn despite being closed by the health department recently.

Upon renter in h the establishment at 7pm I instantly noticed how the bar was halfway closed up and put away. Anything I asked for the young lady immediately said “we are out of it.” I asked for birria and ground beef but it was mixed with chicken and pieces of steak. The staff was unable to help me with decisions on the different toppings or sauces because almost everything was put away. Before getting to the cash register I noticed many sauces I was never offered to add on. I then asked a young man in regards to the sauce bar and he instantly told me they were out of the hot sauce until a lady came from the back to assist and brung out an entire bottle of it for me. The staff needs much more training on customer service and not too focused on clocking out 2 hours before closing or shaking off the spoon with portions that customers are paying for.

We came in for dinner at 7:15pm. Out of beans, white meat chicken, forks chips & sweet tea. Floor is sticky tables dirty and staff playing around in the back.

Food was good, the three of us had a Mo Meat bowl, and a couple of burritos. We wanted steak on ours, none had been prepped, so we waited (at noon). Someone needs to have a cleaning night, all critical areas were clean, but walls and windows/doors/counters needed attention. The sneeze bar where we looked at food being made definitely needs some attention. Just had a shabby look. The three staff were busy the whole time we were there, and very friendly!
