I visit this store at least weekly and have never had a bad experience. The serving size is almost too much for me, and the food has always been good. Faye was my server and she was polite and efficient.
If you are ordering takeaway food, they will use soggy and cold food and don't expect quantity in your food. My advice is to go inside and order after standing in the line; that way, you will get fresh food in sufficient quantity.
I love their food, though, when it is fresh. Some of their servers don't have a good attitude, and some are great, so it's like a miss or hit.

Clean location. Smaller portions than the location we usually go to. Friendly service. Went around 1:30, and they were out of almost everything, we had to wait 10 minutes for fresh food.
