Haven't been to this location, I have been to a different one though, and it was trash. Not at all surprised to see this one has 2 stars as well. Just avoid this place entirely. Way overpriced garbage food

First time trying this I order it around 12 didn’t get my order till 12:50 food was cold and not as advertised of course but upon digging I take a bite and in feel like gritty taste when I bite I keep digging in sad I see a bag tie in my food!!! This is unacceptable in many ways and I will not trust ordering from them again. They buffalo sandwich Is mediocre and looks nothing like what I ordered or taste as it should be I want full refund and more.

$106 for this crap? This is one of the most disappointing meals I've ever had. The sandwiches are mostly just bread that's hard, dry and burnt. There's barely any sauce at all on the sandwiches and the cheese is black and burnt. Order extra sauce and get nothing.

We only found this place because everything else was closed, seeing the prices i had very high expectations. The food arrived cold, there was very small portions of everything including the sauce. The food gave me food poisoning and i was vomiting and having to use the bathroom all day. Too expensive for little food, COLD food, AND food poisoning.

How can you send out food the way you did to me. the entire inside of wrapper is stuck to my sandwich making it unsafe to eat. And then I can't even talk to anyone to get it fixed or get a new one. Sometime you put it in the container which works and sometimes you don't. How will you make this right? I would post pictures but I can't seem to figure out how.

I ordered a cheesesteak from this location 2 weeks ago…loved it. Since then you guys don’t have actual beef cheesesteaks on the menu and no explanation why?!?!? Your staple item is even in the name. Make it make sense please.

This was the worst I have ever had from Pardon my Cheesesteak ! It was horrible beyond words. I am speechless! Will not order again from here I had about 7 fries, the cheesesteak had chicken the chicken tasted under cooked, horrible!
