I ordered on the app from the parking lot ( it was 97 degrees outside - don’t judge me.) So rather than wait at the drive thru, I peacefully rocked out in my air-conditioned car for a few minutes. Then dashed into the restaurant & ran out with my order. No stress! And the food was great as usual. Carry on!
The staff was super, as always. The one who took my order was very polite and showed great customer service. All the employees seemed happy while working. The place wasn't full, but they were acting lime if it was rush hour, speedy, but focused. This is definitely becoming my favorite location (Big Bend and US 301).
Vanessa and cloen were awesome! Colen open the door for us while going into PDQ . He was doing drive thru and didn't have to but did !! Such great manners that i havent seen in a long time . Colen and vanessa should be recognized for such hard work! While dining in , I saw a different their work ethic and kept smiles on their faces! Great job Colen and Vanessa you guys made such a great impression. PDQ you guys have a great team here .
