This place was our go to, we were regulars - literally once every week or other week. Recently they had a new girl join the crew. We have had nothing issues every time we walk on the door when we interact with her. Anytime we go in there, it's either they are out of broth, or they aren't sitting people.

If you refuse to tip them, they will deny you service the next time you come to their establishment. My co worker and I came almost every Wednesday, and would get the same person. She was incredibly slow, not nice, and sometimes when we checked out there was no option to do a tip due to their new POS system.
