Extremely horrible customer service. I was a first time visitor & the tea was extremely sweet I kindly asked if I could have it less sweet & they denied helping me. I asked then if they can just take the tea because I wouldn’t be drinking it, she told me it was company policy that they can not refund the drink. I was Dinning in, not taking out. The pho was good but the meat was extremely tough, I asked for rare meat pho and they gave it to me cooked and refused to help. I wouldn’t recommend, they do not like to help the customers, you will feel like a bother there. Pho Loc tho is WAY BETTER & the service is amazing! They are near by as well. PHO LOC THO on boyette rd.

Pho Mai!-I love their pho, I crave it, always so fresh and satisfying. Service here is 10/10, they are so nice and attentive. I’m so glad to have this place near by!

This is a great place to dine in, as it's quiet and well-decorated in muted tones, but also a breeze for to-go orders. Just because you don't see something on the menu, doesn't mean it can't be done - and done with a smile. Something about the staff makes you feel like you're part of a community of family and neighbors, even if you only order once or twice in a season. This area is spoiled for choices but for price, taste and value, this one's hard to beat.

Pho is a bit too salty for my taste. Pad thai was terrible. I would not go there again.

I have eaten here and picked up my orders and have not had any problems, friendly greetings, and clean. Beef broth for the dishes we ordered is always delicious, and the Thai milk tea would be the cherry on top!
