Ridiculous and completely irresponsible hours and absenteeism.

This is the third time within a week that they have been missing. Whether to order in the store or online.
My family and I have ordered twice on UBER only for them to not be in the store. The store hours on google are not correct, and then, the advertised hours in the store on the counter, ARE NOT FOLLOWED. No one is here!

They also don’t pick up the tele. The bloke at the register gestured to a card on the table and tells me to call that number, but it goes to voicemail when I ring it. He says that there is “nothing he can do”. He rang the manager on his phone and she gave me the same rundown.

Lad had to go back behind the counter and turn off the UBER account from taking any new orders.

All around just dodgy and put me in a steaming mood.

I can’t review food I’m not able to order. But it’s getting a one star for the bloody hassle, thats for sure.

The food took a little while to come out but it was well worth the wait. Food was so good my wife nearly put her whole head in the bowl. She got the lamb I got the butter chicken with garlic naan. One of the best butter chickens I've ever had and the medium spiciness was perfect. Definitely going back to this place it's a jewel hidden on Davis Island

Food was great! We had Chicken Chilli, Chicken Tikka Masala and Chilli Garlic Naan. The Masala Chai was amazing as well!

10/10 absolutely amazing flavors, fresh and taste authentic/home made. The mango chutney had real pieces of mango and was the best chutney I’ve ever had. The woman who took and cooked my order, you rock. Can’t wait to go back!

Finally, an amazing Indian food spot! Honestly by far one of the best I have been. My husband, who is from England, where the national dish is the tikka masala even vouched that this was some of the best. The portions are by far the best either of us have ever had. The flavor was bursting. There was so much chicken on his plate I couldn’t believe it. Even with my smaller dinner sizes portion I ordered I was surprised with how much food I got. Good portions are really hard to find with Indian food. We will definitely be back! I recommend the butter chicken mild and the chicken tikka masala medium heat!

I had a really great experience at Saffron Xpress Indian & Indo Chinese Cuisine.

The food is honestly the highlight - everything I tried was full of flavor, fresh, and clearly well-made. I had the goat curry, lentil soup, and a few other dishes, and every single one hit. The spices were spot on - rich without being overwhelming - and you can tell there’s real care behind the cooking.

The owners are very friendly, and the whole experience was smooth and easy.

Definitely a hidden gem. I’ll be coming back for sure.

The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the kids’ butter chicken with rice, garlic naan paired with butter chicken curry, and the Mumbai street-style chicken fried rice—every dish was flavorful and satisfying. The service was amazing as well, which made the experience even better. While the dine-in space is quite limited, the quality and taste of the food more than make up for it. Definitely worth it if you’re going for great flavor!

While visiting Tampa for the weekend, I discovered this is a hidden gem in a family owned gas station/convenience store. The cantina opened three weeks ago and is service wonderful home cooked meals at a small counter top. Come and meet the wonderful owner and enjoy great food.

Price is very high no sitting arrangement even no stand when make bill charge more price than menu

Everything was lovely! The food was amazing, the owners were incredibly hospitalible, and the prices weren’t inflated. I’ll be going back regularly!

We live on Davis Islands and now that they’ve moved here we are absolutely thrilled. Their food is fantastic and very affordable. We especially love their samosas particularly the chicken samosas which remind us of back home. I also love their cheese samosas (I didn’t even know that was a thing, but they’re delicious)! Everything we’ve ordered from there is something I’d order again. It’s clear they take pride in their preparation. I highly recommend this place!
