The people are very nice and helpful. however, the coffee is always off compared to other starbucks and i found a long piece of plastic in my coffee. My students and i were disgusted.

Save your time coming to this starbucks, doesn’t matter the time you come they are all struggling and falling behind. The manager should really either give better training or schedule more employees on each shift.Another review said they only focus on the drive thru and it’s true, if you walk in you get ignored and all the employees are looking at each other because none of them want to take walk in orders.

Please train your employees to double cup orders. I got a big london fog and the lid popped off and I got drenched in hot drink. Going to have to shampoo my car seats now. One cup is too weak.

Consistently, the customer service experience disappoints regardless of the time, with employees frequently displaying frustration and unfriendliness, likely intensified by the high customer volume. Particularly notable is the African-American barista working evenings. It's imperative that she promptly receives customer service coaching to elevate interactions.

This has to be the slowest, most dysfunctional Starbucks in the country. Employees just standing around staring at each other instead of pouring a basic drip coffee. It seems like they were following some strange corporate guidelines that defy all laws of common sense. I offered to just pour it myself, but that is frowned upon. Keep stopping by thinking it can't be THAT bad, but it is. No more!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This was my second time waiting over 40 minutes for a caramel ribbon crunch. The cashier was super rude when I asked for my money back while huffing and puffing in my face. They definitely prioritize the car line over face to face interaction. Never again.

I've been to a many starbucks in my lifetime, and this is easily the worst starbucks i've ever been to. I ordered a single drink and a cheese danish and it took (not exaggerating) 30 minutes to even get to the window from the time I ordered and there was only 3 people in front of me. I could've gotten hired and made my own drink faster than they made it. If you want to waste an hour and a half, just order a drink from the drive through.

I need to say this and say this now , waiting for over 10-15 minutes when it's not as busy , don't come here please , it's not worth your time and money , they literally just stand there make your drink and others and don't give it to you !!! If there was a button for no stars I would've pressed it

This Starbucks gets your order wrong, EVERY TIME. The inconvenience of having to wait for them at the window to make it the right way, or go back inside is ridiculous. They also always run out of plant based milk and never have any.

Slowest Starbucks in florida. Simple black coffee prepare takes 15 mins. Unbelievable.

this is my regular Starbucks. went tonight to get hot chocolate since it was cold today. It was 8:20pm, which I understand is close to the closing time, but I didn’t even get to a full stop before the drive thru person promptly says “we’re closed” so I told them I thought they closed in 10 minutes (at 8:30, as posted here and on Apple Maps) and she told me they closed at 8pm. Either fix the posted times, or get management who will actually serve until closing :(

I can't possibly fathom why I keep returning to this location other than it's the closest Starbucks, EVERY TIME they mess up my order sometimes even twice and then TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE you'll be nice about them messing your order up and they decide to be rude about it please just go to any other Starbucks there's an amazing Starbucks in Causeway with better service only 4 minutes away

I called this location club Starbucks because this location in the Riverview location can get so busy but the staff remains calm cool and collected and they make sure they get the drinks out on time ! Happy holidays !
