Went thru the drive thru on Saturday night around 10 and the staff was on point! Fast easy service and food came out quick! I’m writing because we were at another location nearby and it was the worst long wait and chaotic experience we had! It was refreshing to see that Ray, Deedee, Josh and Sady were on point and friendly to their customers! Keep up the great work and thank you for a great experience!

SHAMARA was absolutely amazing. From the moment we interacted with her, she was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. She even helped us at the kiosk and made us feel like genuinely valued customers rather than just another order coming through. That kind of customer service really stands out.

Taco Bell in Tampa Bay has bigger tacos and burritos stuffed with more food. The staff is polite and friendly, with Gloria being sweet and helpful, even giving a free drink for a mix-up. The delivery service is excellent, thanks to Alicia and her great team. While the quality and service might have declined recently, it used to be a favorite spot for the customer.
