It angers me to know that if you try to do an act of kindness, the manager at this store will tell you no. The vehicle in front of me was a Sheriff’s Deputy and his meal was $12. As he pulled forward and I approached the speaker box, I asked if I could please pay for the vehicle in front of me. I was told “No ma’am you cannot”. My response was “really?” To which the manager responded with “yes because it would hold up the line.” (There was nobody behind me in the line) Still in disbelief, I told her the vehicle in front of me was a Deputy and I would really like to pay for his food as a thank you and I yet I still told “no we can’t allow that”. But why not? Why does it matter if I’m the car in front or behind. An actor kindness is an act of kindness. Let’s say it was my daughter in front of me and she forgot her wallet at home. That means this manager would still not let me pay right? So it makes more sense to lose money vs letting someone do an act of kindness for someone. Very disappointed in this manager and her lack of compassion.

No pictures cause I was too hungry to care, burritos were in square form probably 4 inches long just looked like the worker can’t wrap a burrito, which is the easiest thing to do, the burrito was also burnt, Cinnabons were crunchy and no filling, nacho fries were old tasting like as if they were sitting out for hours no nacho seasoning at all (which what is the point of even ordering them if the NACHO part isn’t on the fries, I’ve dined inside before I know it’s the same lazy ignorant teenagers working not caring, location definitely needs a redo and some jobs taken

I have been to this location twice and both times my orders we wrong. The first time we went it was late at night and our entire order was wrong. Tonight I went inside hoping it would be better. It was, only half my order was right. I will not be going to this location again. Even worse you wait 20 min and your order is still wrong.

I went in 2 hours before they closed and they refused to take my order, they stated they were cleaning and paused taking orders. Lost a loyal customer. Do not recommend this location

Pulled up at 1:35AM. They said they’re open till 3 but they’re not taking orders because they said they’re understaffed and only have 2 people. There is no one in the drive thru and no cars outside waiting, so I’m assuming the 2 workers are on their phones doing nothing.

I really love this place and feel that’s worth mentioning. The staff is kind, fun-loving, and typically accommodating. But tonight as well as the past few that I’ve gone, it’s been a 45min-hour wait for a drive through mobile order. Tonight I was told certain items were not available, which I’m used to and is ok! But then when I got home, my order was incorrect, and it was what I was looking forward to. It just kindof stinks is all. We were given a voucher for the wait, but it doesn’t replace the $7+ item I ordered. And things like this seem to be typical as of late. I hope things get better.

I think the employees must be super busy...and I have too high expectations for the ingredients to be inside the tacos rather than outside. But on a plus side it was still all within the wrapper. They are doing a great job at keeping the inside of the restaurant looking clean.

Horrible. This establishment is very poorly managed. If you want to wait 3 hours and receive horrible customer service this is the spot for you.
I had an online order. Everyone who had been waiting for online orders were kicked out of the restaurant and told to go through drive thru. Then told the people who wanted to cancel their order that they couldn't.
After waiting over a hour in drive thru they couldn't find my order, but by some Christmas miracle they found it. This place needs immediate attention. At least the food was fresh I guess.
