Worst Taco Bell in the area! Horrible customer service, food was undercooked, and thrown in the wrapper and packed. Came here three times thinking we would get a better experience the next time. Same experience every time. Don’t bother coming to this location.

I understand it's fast food. I ordered from Uber eats and only received two items from an order of 12 items. Maybe management should be watching or double checking the finished package. Glad I got my large freeze drink and chips and nothing else. Wouldn't recommend using Uber eats for this place horrible

Went through the drive thru about 12:30 AM a couple of weeks ago. There was 1 car ahead of me when I got there. By the time I got my food which was about 20 minutes later, the drive thru line extended past the menu board. I sort of laughed when I drove away and thought to myself if it took me 20 minutes to get 4 regular tacos, they'll be closed before the people at the end of that line get served. I don't know what was going on, but whatever it was they were certainly happy - rap music was blasting inside the restaurant (very professional) and the cashier seemed to be content to wipe the same spots with a cloth pretty much the entire time I was at the window - which seemed an eternity. I turned the car off if that tells you anything; and it's summer so it's hot! This was once a decent place, but whatever manager they've swapped in clearly hires you if you have a pulse. If you're looking for a job this is the place to go because the bar is set really really low.

Ordered 3 soft tacos. Only customer inside at the time. 15 minutes later, with one other customer coming in, I still didn't have my food. No apologies for the delay on such a simple order. Will not go there again

Cold inedible food drenched in a chemical smelling oil, all I can taste is cold oil on all of it. Tried calling to explain, person made it about the money saying they don’t do refunds. I tossed the food, they can keep the money, I’ll never go back.

Ps. Food prepper guy would play with register then go back to prepping food. This is as bad as touching a toilet knob or gas handle and going back to prep food. ?

I ordered 3 soft taco supremes that were cold and soggy and asked for 9 packets of Fire Hot Sauce, only received 4 and 3 bags of cinnamon sticks that had no cinnamon taste at all. I will never eat from taco bell again!
