I've been getting delivery from this place for the last 3 to 4 years.Consistently once a week maybe more. Over the last 6 months that slowed down, because every time I order something is wrong or they forgotten something. I got sick immediately after eating it a few months back. And then i'm hassled when I call about it. Ive only called about 2 orders I usually just let it slide.I realize since I order so often mistakes will happen.But today , I believe the chicken they tried to serve me has got to be a week old. I know the taste of refrigerated chicken and I absolutely hate it. It is rubbery and hard on the ends. There is no sauce in the picture, that's the state of the chicken This was the final straw.Congratulations , you no longer have my business. I have also deleted the app. Such a shame that my favorite place will no longer be my go to. The riverview location relating needs to get things in order.

Now I’m usually a big fan of Tijuana’s but the last couple of times have been a flop. Today the steak and the shrimp in our tacos were burnt. Didn’t get a chance to take a photo of the steak as my husband threw it out. We like to dine in, but the last couple of times we did take out. Not sure who was in the kitchen this time, but if the shrimp looked like this, they should have just thrown it away and tried again. Disappointed.

How the mighty have fallen. Extremely disappointed in the experience. They had zero ice for drinks and served them warm. I love duet coke but hate warm diet coke. They were out of rice for the burrito that was ordered. I could understand if Itwas the last few minutes of the day but we were the first customers. Really disappointed. The chain was always top notch for the experience. Staff was nice. However now I see why many stores are closing. Food was not warm when it was b presented. Last time I will come here.

Ordered on door dash. The shrimp on my tacos was literally black. They burned them to a CRISP guess they knew they would close after they did my order so they didn’t care. Usually really good

I come to Tijuana Flats about once a month and they always provide great service. Today, I just want to commend the team for being exceptional with their service today …this was the first time I dined in and the staff offered refills, did check-ins, and offered to discard my food. I just simply value employees in this day and age who take pride in making it a great experience for customers. Keep it up!

We were waited on by COURTNEY and she is AMAZING! One of the best front of the house workers we have ever had in any restaurant!!! She was kind, sweet, attentive, friendly, accurate and her eyelashes are absolutely PERFECT!!!! She helped create the kind of experience that makes you want to come back again and again. The food was also delicious and so tasty, the back of the house did their thing as well! Courtney deserves all her accolades & I hope she gets some recognition for the wonderful experience she is curating for customers. I would come back again not just to have the wonderful food, but to also have Courtney wait on me, she is the bee’s knees!!
