This Establishment under Trust Me BBQ is CLOSED. They are no longer operating under this location. This location has NEW OWNERS...The New Owners will be re-opening soon in March 2023.
First time I went there, it was good. The ribs were tender and well seasoned. The potatoes were good too: soft and chewy. The yellow rice though, tasted bland and was sometimes hard. The woman behind the counter was nice. Definitely go there again.Be warned though, it is costly.
Best bbq I've had in a long time. Here on vacation my wife and I got the ribs and chicken meals. Both were top notch and the portions were huge. This is one place if you were driving down the road and didn't know where to look, you'd drive right past it. All their smoking is done on site. We will have to try the pulled pork, brisket, and sausage next time!
