I visited this place around 6:30 PM and ordered chicken tenders, which is fairly new on the menu. When I pulled up to the window, they told me it would take six minutes. I was a little upset, but a Cook overheard my conversation and calmly said it should only take 3 to 4 minutes that he already put them in the fryer. They asked me to pull off to the side and wait and when he delivered the food to my vehicle, he was very apologetic and very nice while serving me my food. I was...

Ordered a frosty in drive thru. Not given a straw, spoon, or napkins. Found out too late. Was miles away. How can you eat or drink a frosty without a spoon or straw? That was annoying. They should make sure to include that stuff, especially in drive thru.

It's Wendy's 🤷‍♀️. Of all the fast food chains Wendy's is the one that I can count on to be consistent early morning and late night without question. Not too crazy about the AI interaction when ordering as I miss the human interaction but understand progress where needed. At least there was a real person at the window who handed me my food even though the order was wrong. Half a dozen of one, six of the other. What can you do?!?
