I come here often and order large orders for my 20 man crew and Tanashia, Zakhi, Fran and the crew take it like a champ without any hesitation or hold up and don’t miss a beat on serving the rest of the customer at the same time. I will drive miles to come here just for the service and amazing food! Always pleased and well taken care of at this location. They all deserve a raise, any other fast food place I go to always complains and makes comments like I’m not standing right there. Here I feel welcomed and leave happy!

I ordered a sandwich through the drive through. I waited over 5 minutes and then backed out the area as the line had moved. I parked and went in and after 10 minutes the front car hadn’t moved. I was told by the store manager on blue heron that they only had 2 cooks and I would need to be patient. I walked out and will never go back. So sad the service was so poor and someone should replace the manager.

I placed an order for pickup at the drive-thru, and the girl at the drive-thru didn't feel like delivering it to me. She told me I had to go to the restaurant. At first, I doubted myself, but I checked and my order was correct for picking up at drive-thru. The service at this location is very bad.

Always angry that anyone is ordering anything, every single time the order is wrong and if you ask for the drink you paid for nicely they get mad and argue.

I've been to this Burger King a few times now since moving to the area. Not once have I ever gotten my full order from this particular restaurant, never. Other burger kings, no issue, this one restaurant has completely dropped the ball every time I've made the mistake of going. I think I probably waste around 6$ Everytime I go because they either forgot a sandwich, or a side, or charged me for drinks and then told me the drink machine was out of order. Stay away, I don't know what the issue is but honestly it's not rocket science, the fact there's a problem to begin with is ridiculous

It’s the only Burger King I’ll go to. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to this location over a Facebook marketplace deal. Now I find myself traveling here every time I want Burger King. Manager’s like Philip And some of the most polite Employees I’ve ever met continue to bless me every time I come here.

I went here before and my order had a mistake and figured it was just an mistake as it was very late, there were quite a few customers, and it looked like it was a shift change. It happens. Well... no, it's an actual pattern now.

I had a very simple order and with NO CUSTOMERS in the drive thru or inside the lobby they still managed to screw it up.

I ordered a whopper, no tomato, extra pickles, mustard. Well to no ones surprise they kept the tomato, REMOVED the pickles, and forgot the mustard. They also forgot another item I ordered and I had to go back and get it. Absolute pure incompetence from whoever is making the orders and bagging them. I don't expect Brainiac to be working at BK but it appears reading is not a skill you will find on their resume. Or maybe they can read but they don't care. One is sad, the other is pathetic.

Not sure who owns this location but I'm 100% confident they too don't care and just collect money. Pay minimum wage, hire bottom barrel employees, and get money. Quality and repeat business is not even in their top 10 requirements for running this location.

Some people dont want to hear religious gospel TV music blasting while they are trying to enjoy lunch.

Employees were streaming some religious program on the TV and had the volume extremely loud. Even with my headphones in and my volume at full, the TV still is loud.

People need to understand that not everyone wants to go to have lunch and think they are in some fundamentalist church.

Do better....respect others dont want your religion in our faces and ears all the time. Just as you wouldn't want Satanist programming if you were a customer at a restaurant.

If Burger King was promoted as a religious restaurant that did this at their locations, thats one thing, but dont think corporate wants to alienate customers as this location is doing.
