Me and my family came at 11am put our order in at 11:05 we understand a little 15-20 wait due to the busyness but a whole 1hr and a half and the manger Krystal or however has no sense of customer service or care for customer and expect their severs to get a tip not from me I will not be tipping and I informed them of the dissatisfaction and what I would be doing after I received my food... HorribleDO NOOOT COME to this location

Mixed review. Table and booth seats were sticky with large crumbs. My breakfast was good but chicken tenders weren't. Walked up to waitress Mary as leaving to give her 20% cash tip. She stuck it in her pocket, gave us her back and never said thank you. Mary, that's not good customer service. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
