Good always good customer service ?

I was referred here by an employee, I ordered jerk chicken, took the order (he had to yell out they dont have any), so then curry chicken same thing dont have any. So I got the jerk pork and I will say it was the was jerk should taste not a spice missing. The best I have since I moved here.But the customer service was trash, and my plate was filled with fat! $20 food filled with fat, and seeing how it was cut up the cook didn't bother to throw that away they just threw it underneath the meat to make you think it was more meat. Definitely disappointed! Especially for everything else to be perfect! Thats the only reason they get 2 stars

This place a scam, and the staff is extremely rude. DO NOT order the small meal, it is the size of a lunch special as it comes in a tiny box for $10 . The staff stated that they have large/medium/small meals, however, they only offer large and small online through grubhub. When the restaurant was contacted about the size of the meal, I was advised that the meal I received is the small meal and that they have a line. Also, I ordered the Jerk chicken which was bland and dry. I can make a better jerk chicken, and I’m not of island decent. Order else where if you have the choice. i will not support this restaurant again. I hope more people leave real reviews about this place.

This place has no manners yiu walk in place no one greets you or ask do you need help. I was at the counter for 10 min and the lady just looked me in my eyes and said nothing. I was confused. Needless to say I left without ordering.

This place is dated and has an terrible smell ?? and I personally would not recommend anyone.. anytime you order something they or out of it or don't have whatever is on the Menu.. they need to update completely...

11/14/23 - Today the food was too salty. They give you a lot of food, but this was the first time that I ever experienced food this salty from there.

Friday 10/06/23 I got me and my wife a plate for lunch. We work in two separate places so I dropped hers off and went back to work. When I got back go work I opened my bag an the rice had a sour smell I took a bite to confirm an threw mines in the garbage. I tried to contact my wife to tell her not to eat it but it was to late. My wife ate the plate an has just left the ER with food poisoning ugh. This is my first issue with this place, the food is usually on point but I won’t be going back.

I got beef stew my husband got jerk chicken. I had enough food left over in order to save it for the next day I took it out of the fridge and the food literally smell like garbage. It was starting to rot and I had only had it for less than 10 hours.

It's a little in the pricey side, but well worth it ? It is the best Jamaican food in west Palm beach area by far.
