“Stopped by Power Smoothie before my workout today and while the smoothie itself was just okay, the overall experience was definitely worth the visit!

I ordered their Chocolate Banana Nutella smoothie but asked them to hold the Nutella (trying to avoid the extra sugar). Taste-wise, it was decent but nothing extraordinary - a bit simple without that Nutella kick, which is understandable.

What truly elevated this experience was the wonderful pregnant woman working behind the counter. Despite being many months along, she was energetic, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I got exactly what I wanted in my smoothie. She took the time to explain the ingredients, offered suggestions for my modification, and served it with a genuine smile.

It's refreshing to find someone who takes such pride in their work, especially in a gym smoothie bar where people might just go through the motions. Her passion for customer service completely made up for what the smoothie might have lacked in flavor complexity.

If you're at LA Fitness in Palm Beach Gardens, stop by for a smoothie - the service alone is worth the visit. Just maybe keep the Nutella in if you want more flavor!“

“One of my more recent favorite Kava bars I’ve found if you’re looking for so far some of these strongest teas with equally unique flavor combinations this is the place to be! I personally enjoy the wide variety of mocktails and selection of flavors (personal a fan of Lychee, and Jasmine.) “Came on a slow Monday at 4pm. This café is a cute little spot! The coffee was solid. They have nondairy milk options. The chicken pesto panini was delicious! The bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant was also good.

The outdoor seating area is nice to hang around, do work, or simply eat outside and enjoy the nice weather. Employees were nice and accommodating. Coming from Miami where this would cost upwards of $50, $35 for two coffees and two meals isn’t too bad. Overall great place, would definitely come back!“

From the friendly waitstaff that cleans diligently especially after a mess, to the beautiful atmosphere. The flavors are also amazing! 16 Handles Jupiter is THE fro-yo spot to check out if you want an amazing experience with a sweet treat as well!“

“I was around and craved a smoothie, so I checked Google Maps. Habibi caught my eye – their photos looked great! I was hooked on their shakes and had to stop by. I saw the menu, ordered the brownie batter shake, and wow, it was amazing! Not too sweet, but so tasty, also it was very affordable just $11. The staff were super friendly and energetic. It was my first time at Habibi, but definitely not my last.“

“Cali Coffee drinks never disappoint! My favorite drink from there is the Beverly or the Blondie—sugar free with oat milk. The service is always fast, and the team that was there before was super nice. They still have a really great team now, but I do miss some of the girls who used to work at this location and moved away for college. Overall, if you haven’t tried Cali Coffee yet, I truly recommend it!“

“Hi! I enjoy going to Berry Fresh, as we go quite often. The food is delicious and the service is always great! But lately i have noticed staff memebers like the servers vaping a lot in the server station and in the bathrooms. Sometimes it smells like weed too. I was just concerned because i thought you were not allowed to do that in restaurants, but that’s why we like to sit inside so that we aren’t around the smoke.“

Firstly, kindly greeted by owner Pat who treated us to some samples of soup of the day as well as a ginger, turmeric and lemon wellness shot. Instead of ordering on our own, we went with Pat’s recommendation of the Maryland style shrimp salad sandwich….WOW! So delicious!! Will definitely return while here in West Palm Beach!!“

“I’ve been looking forward to this 16 Handles opening, and overall the space has a lot going for it. There is plenty of parking (front, side, and back), a solid selection of soft-serve flavors including vegan options, a toppings bar, and the familiar pay-by-the-pound setup.

The outdoor seating area is especially nice for families, with turf and a kid-friendly layout that allows parents to relax. However, it’s fairly small and fills up quickly during busy times.

What noticeably impacted the experience was the lack of customer interaction. The owners appeared to be present but did not greet customers, explain the self-serve process, or check in at any point. While some people may be familiar with frozen yogurt shops, first-time visitors aren’t always, and basic guidance or a welcome would go a long way.

With its location, family-friendly setup, and product variety, this 16 Handles has strong potential. A more welcoming and engaged customer service approach would greatly improve the overall experience.“

“Amazing! I have been going to Drift PB regularly for coffee, smoothies and other delicious items. I ordered 2 sandwiches today via Uber Eats and received 2 cookies instead. I called Drift and was passed on to Lindsay who was beyond gracious and kind. While the mix up happened as the Uber Eats driver picked up the wrong delivery bag, Lindsay immediately offered to re-deliver my order (herself if she wants busy! - how nice is that!) and paid for another Uber to deliver my sandwiches.

Now that is amazing customer service. Not only will I continue to go to Drift but I am going to share my story and actively promote this little shop full of goodies and clearly run by people who are kind, attentive and business savvy.
