McDonald's offers good food but the room can be freezing cold. The order and service are excellent, with a large number of transient people around. The cashier might take a while to come take your order due to promoting the kiosk, which has limited choices. Software improvement is needed to speed up the ordering process. This McDonald's is no longer that happy place image, it looks bland, blah, and corporate. There are no soda machines in the dining room anymore. The food is not like it used to be; the burgers seem to be extremely overseasoned, and the grease seems to be always needing to be changed. The bathrooms are for the most part ok clean besides the occasional urine on the seats, always stocked with toilet paper. The lady that was in charge of the curbside orders was a delight. Even though our order was wrong, she fixed it really quick, no hesitation. Everyone was working hard, and business was moving like a well-oiled machine. Every time people go to this location, everyone is so sweet and pleasant, whether they go through the drive-up or go inside. It's a very pleasant and unexpected experience.
