I usually don't have any issues with this particular establishment, but recently when ordering delivery - I have frequently missed items. One time it's the drink, next it's the sauces, then it's the drink and the dessert. It's becoming quite frustrating to order food, pay delivery fees - service fees- tip etc. only to not receive the actual order you spent your money on.
For a fast food joint not bad... That have had their ups and downs, service is really slow (take chicken from display, put in box, put in bag... Not sure why this ever takes more than 2 minutes), but kid Tuesday was actually really polite and agreeable, some parts were messy but the chicken was ok and well cooked, always gets smaller since COVID but still acceptable... Fries good, Cole slaw not healthy but ok, biscuits ok, included bunch of honey, grape jelly and hot sauce packets...read full review

We ordered 3 $6.99 meals. When my husband got home we were missing cole slaw from 2 of the meals and a biscuit from one of the other mealste We were too far away to ride back up there. This is not the first time something like this has happened. We trust the workers to get things right. Maybe they need to hire more competent workers. I guess in the future we can try another Popeyes or just not go back to any Popeyes. It is very frustrating not to receive what we pay for.
