Palm city Food

Greeted by a sign asking for our patience due to short staffing. (Almost standard these days). Seated in a few minutes. Great ship models all over restaurant. Very nice wood work, comfortable seats. Our waitress, I think her name was Cassidy, was young, claimed to be new at the job but was excellent. We (3) had fish and chips, Bourbon salmon and a shrimp dish served over rice pilaf. All were very good. We live a couple of miles away and will be back.

I had the pleasure of dining last evening for the first time at the Palm City Grill. The food was superb and the staff handled a large group effortlessly. Many of their staff has been with them for more than 20 years. I received a visit from a policeman today advising that a wallet and glasses of mine had been found this morning by the cleaning crew! Clean. Friendly service. Good food, make that very good food. Prices were very fair. I wanted to try a seafood reservation but we could not get in on a busy Friday night so we settled on the nearby Palm City Grill. It too was busy but we got seated with just a 15 minute wait. Service was very good, not rushed and the servers knew the menu well. I had the day's fish special and it was excellent, on a par or better than any of the nearby seafood restaurants. We will be going back.
