Ordered soup for delivery. I was charged 17$. They lost the order and it was delivered to the wrong address. They refused to call the driver, refused to refund the order. They told me they are not responsible for an order after it leaves the store.

There were Covid masks, straw wrappers, and cigarette butts on the ground. None of the tables was clean. Who is responsible for cleaning the outside eating area.

Been going to Panara w coworkers 3-4 days a week for abt two yrs. now. Close to home & on way to work. But been going downhill over the last yr or so. Employees lax, dining room dirty almost every morning, & music loud enough to make you want to scream (which u need to do to talk to one another). Mngmnt claims they do not have control over "volume". Funny, Corporate claims differently. And i could go on & on....at times 3-4 of us waiting 10 mins for a coffee replacement. NOT good to be out of coffee at 7-8am in morning w out someone checking. Let alone walking by us all standing around w empty cups. Im not even going to mention NO milk, or sugar, or cups, or napkins, etcetc, for up to a week at a time. Really disappointing after yrs of going to same place. Too many morning spots closeby to have mornings ruined by this place & the inconsiderate crew that seems to enjoy ignoring those of us that keep the place open. Theres 2 other Paneras within 10 mins of this one, along w 3-4 Starbucks. So if youre lookin to grab a bagel or coffee in morning pass this one by & head elsewhere.

It was lunch time and we were halfway between this Panera and the one on Northlake. Remembering the disappointment that the Northlake location had been for me recently, we decided to rather go to this one on PGA: I have been there a few times in the last years, and it was always good. This time, however, the food was not quite as good as in the past: my ½ Cesar Salad was barely dressed even for my taste (I do prefer light dressings); and my ½ Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich was very lightly filled and tasted very bland. The staff is very polite. The cashier patiently waited to take our order while we kept changing mind on what to get… and Andrew keeps the place very clean and always makes sure that everything is ok! I will certainly try them again if I’m in the neighborhood: maybe the cook wasn’t having a good day last time. If not, well: their chocolate croissants and/or blueberry scones will still brighten my day!

The customer service provided here goes above and beyond. After experiencing an issue with a food order, I called and spoke with Paola who apologized and said they would make it right. A week later I ordered and spoke with Yvette, who apologized once more and offered a replacement for the meal I received prior. Not only was my meal taken care of, but the manager on duty comped two additional meals. Thanks to this resolution, they will continue to receive my business.
