It's crazy that someone would yell at you as you're walking out the door over a 10% ($2) tip when you wasn't even the one paying. Talking about entitlement & ungratefulness in it's highest form. If NOT for kindness, they wouldn't have gotten that.

This place suck I gave them to many chances without a review the food is very nasty and they can’t follow directions on how you want your food made rather it’s in person or online the sandwich I had today took the cake the bread so dry brown lettuce no mayo mustard or oil and vinegar on that dry sandwich and this was on an online order so there for somebody can’t read I want my 13.83 back if I was u I’ll skip this subway so nasty i got cookies didn’t even look at them trash them

The place is too small for consumption. The quality is quite good. It's a shame that the place where you can sit to eat is so small.

I ordered the wrong item online admittedly I hit blt instead of bmt and I can’t eat bacon this woman was not helpful. I was willing to pay the extra meat and I did even after I payed for the blt she took the bacon off because I don’t eat bacon and put the right meat on and charged me $6 for the meat she gave me on the same sub bread and veggies mayo and all I have never seen such bad service like this she needs to be fired a honest mistake should be worked out not give me the same bread and a 6$ charge awful service, won’t be back! I work in a restaurant I’d never treat anyone the way she treated me she handed me the sub back not even in a bag i ordered this sub two hours prior to feed my kids it was soggy and straight awful

This is the Subway inside the Marathon gas station. I visit this store quite often. There are 2 very nice women who work there. They are always so polite and pleasant. I wish I would have gotten the name of the young woman who served me yesterday evening (9/21/23) she was the epitome of great customer service.

Subway inside Walmart @45th street. Dirty food prep area, spinach looked old and sickly was told that was all they had, expecting a delivery the next day. Couldn't they have walked over a few feet to buy from Walmart! Never again at this location!
