My wife and I ate brunch at Denny's for Veterans day. Thank you Denny's. Sausage, ham, eggs, toast, hash browns.....also pancakes. Very nice servers. Clean bathroom. No problem parking even though they were busy. Very nice experience.

So sad what our "regular" Denny's has become....after several attempts, this last Sunday (Easter), I came in with just my 2 year old grandson, and was told when we got seated that there were no highchairs available for him. I asked that as soon as one was available, to please bring it over. She came and took my order, brought my food, and still no highchair for my grandson. Then, after an hour of gently wrestling with him and getting him fed, on the bench seat, not even a booster offered, we were ready to go, and no check. Went up to the counter, the entire lobby was full of people waiting to pay, but there was one cashier, and she was with a lady giving a huge order. The baby was running around, hard to keep ahold of for me, so I went to the "to-go" counter and asked for my check, she said "just a minute" and proceeded to fix drinks, take them to a table, take their order and then told me to meet her at the open cash register. Rude and ridiculous, we will make the additional drive to another restaurant, as I have watched this one go downhill, back when Billie Jean, Sandy, and a few others were there, what a difference, now the servers just stand around looking at the customers waiting as if they are interrupting their day. Too bad, the food is good, cooks do a great job. Horrible management.
