Good options on sandwiches (my favorite is the club on a sub, as is my wife's). My wife has Celiacs and we've never had an issue with their gluten-free versions.

Well I asked for no mustard and got mustard and hair in my food they offered 15 % off my next sandwich so am never going back been eating there over 10 years 😒 pathetic

I ordered a Hook and Ladder with no deli mustard. Got home and my first bite had deli mustard on it, my second bite had a long piece of hair in it. Try to call the store 5 times and no one answered. I contacted corporate and they wanted pictures of the hair on the sandwich. They stated that they watched the video of my sandwich being made and mustard was not put on but did they use the same knife as a sandwich with mustard but that doesn't bother as much as the long piece of hair I pulled out of my mouth and spit out the rest of the sandwich. After 2 bites of my sandwich, I threw out the sandwich. Corporate offered me 15% off my next order. I spent almost $30 on 2 sandwiches. Will never order from Firehouse again.

I love a good sub, but this is a GREAT sub! I've only been twice so far and loved each sandwich more than the last.

2different times we door dashed to our pharmacy and did not get all of our order. And the manger was rude and hung up on me. Very bed service on door dash orders on firehouse subs part

Great warm sub sandwiches!! They have a good variety of flavors and a hot sauce bar. The desserts are a little on the dry brittle side. They were out of several sodas and seemed flat, but they were nice enough to trade us for a bottle. We'll be back to try them out again soon.

They can't even make simple orders right. Yesterday I ordered a club on a sub with extra mayo and when I got home I noticed that the onion, bacon, and turkey were all missing and it wasn't toasted. My husband's sandwich was missing the garlic butter we paid extra for. I was the only customer in there... and I was nice to the 2 girls working there, so it wasn't spite, just stupidity. This is the 3rd time they have horribly screwed up a simple sandwich order, so I'm not coming back.

I got food poisoning after eating from here and my drink tasted weird and kinda off so I threw it away after a couple sips. The food was fine didn't taste off so idk what happened there tbh. Be careful eating here.

I like the restaurant’s food (their Italian subs are usually what I get), but this Firehouse’s music tastes are ABYSMAL. They’re playing Chris Brown songs with explicit lyrics in them, and last time I dined in at this place they were playing Kanye West. I think the boss of this place might need to check what’s being played on the radio.
