oday I had breakfast at My Island Pancake House in Rockledge, Fl. My meal was terrific! The server (Rachelle) was excellent! Service with a smile, and very helpful with menu questions. She should be running the restaurant! A must stop if you are anywhere near Rockledge, Fl.... You will not be disappointed!

Open and spacious inside. Great variety for choices. Huge portions!!! Amazing food!!! Everything we had tasted so fresh! Our waitress was so sweet (I don't think I caught her name though).
