Had a brilliant night at Ashley's,
We went on a Monday night so we could meet with the paranormal investigator...
It was very interesting and the food was excellent...
The service from the bar was friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely recommend going if you want to do something a bit different and get away from the popular tourist spots, we'll worth the drive from Kissimmee.

Ashley's of Rockledge is a historical restaurant located in an old railway station with a unique, possibly haunted vibe. The building and ambiance are wonderful, offering a great setting for weekend breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The food quality is mixed but includes standout dishes like the shrimp scampi with its generous portion and tasty garlic-butter sauce, the well-received French onion soup, and the super yummy French dip. The portions are huge, and many dishes are cooked perfectly. Some items, like the mahi sticks and salads, receive more negative feedback.
The service is fantastic, with servers being attentive and accommodating, even for large parties or families with young children. The bartender and waitstaff go above and beyond, making the experience enjoyable. Parking remains an issue, with the lot needing maintenance.
Despite minor challenges, Ashley's offers good value, with highlights like the Monday burger deal and strong, delicious bloody Marys. The restaurant has historical charm and the potential for a satisfying dining experience, whether sitting outside or inside.
