This is a warning for anyone interested in enjoying a meal, find another KFC Manager no where to be found, probably playing games in his office the electric kios does not give a verification that your order even was in. Put our order in and waited for 45 minutes then they could not find it.Everything is out of stock. KFC SHOULD TAKE THERE GOOD NAME OFF THE BUILDING!

$80 for a family meal for half full portions and disgusting food. I used to love kfc but this one is disgusting. I don’t want money back, coupons or free food. This place has single handedly lost my business from any kfc for a very long time.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. My family and I placed an online order at 3:52 PM for two variety 8-piece original recipe boxes (one free promotion), along with a large coleslaw. Our total came to $25.66.
When we got home, we realized both boxes contained only dark meat, which is not what we paid for. We expected a variety of white and dark meat, as clearly listed in the description.
I drove all the way back to the store to get the issue resolved, only to be told there was nothing they could do. No replacement, no apology, no solution. If I wanted all dark meat, I could’ve just ordered their Tuesday $10 special — and saved money.
This kind of service is unacceptable. I paid for something I didn’t receive and was basically dismissed when I tried to address it. Very poor customer service. I will not be returning to this location unless it’s made right.

When I walked into the restaurant, everybody was really, really friendly. Joe Maria Fran John Esther and Steven. You could not ask for a better crew of people. I did not stand at the counter for a long time. I didn't have to use that stupid machine and place my order. The food was excellent, fresh, hot and even the cold floor was outstanding. Please give these guys the recognition that they deserve. In Riverview, Kentucky fried chickens.Are they as good as this one I am from New York and Kentucky Fried Chicken is my favorite place to eat.I would rake dish in the top five

I paid my money for KFC online twice and I only picked up one meal and I called them and they will not answer their phones so I don’t know how to get my money back unless I go through my bank KFC needs to get their act together and start taking people money they knew if I didn’t get that food they should’ve put the money back on my card no pick up for food no money that part..

The most consistent KFC in Brevard County. Every time i have been to this location the chicken is fresh, moist and cooked perfectly. All the other KFCs in the area are substandard. What ever they are doing at the rockledge location, they need to keep doing it.

Hands down the best chicken I've had EVER at a KFC. Customer service is shockingly on point for fast food service and the staff are all well dressed in uniforms and seriously make you feel welcomed. Thank you guys so much! I'm so tired of fast food being a downer on customer service but you guys set the bar high! Superb... KFC these guys need a raise!*** No I'm not paid to say this. ** Real customer really satisfied and grateful for good food, good work ethic, good manners!
Got the 8 pc saucy nuggets meal with a large coleslaw and a small fry. Didn't get my biscuit and the nuggets did not taste like they were done. I ended up throwing them out. The coleslaw container was half full. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to KFC but honestly, I'm not going to waste my money hear again.
