The most consistent KFC in Brevard County. Every time i have been to this location the chicken is fresh, moist and cooked perfectly. All the other KFCs in the area are substandard. What ever they are doing at the rockledge location, they need to keep doing it.

Hands down the best chicken I've had EVER at a KFC. Customer service is shockingly on point for fast food service and the staff are all well dressed in uniforms and seriously make you feel welcomed. Thank you guys so much! I'm so tired of fast food being a downer on customer service but you guys set the bar high! Superb... KFC these guys need a raise!*** No I'm not paid to say this. ** Real customer really satisfied and grateful for good food, good work ethic, good manners!
Got the 8 pc saucy nuggets meal with a large coleslaw and a small fry. Didn't get my biscuit and the nuggets did not taste like they were done. I ended up throwing them out. The coleslaw container was half full. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to KFC but honestly, I'm not going to waste my money hear again.

First thing to know.... I only stopped here because the Popeyes I wanted to get chicken from was closed for electrical repairs- otherwise I would not come here. I hadn't been here for at least a year and thought I would give it another try. Went up to the counter to order and stood there at the register for over 5 minutes and was completely ignored. A customer in front of me was collecting their large order, so I thought when she left, surely they would greet me and take my order! No such luck. I left. Kind of glad they didn't take my order, because the price they ask for their mediocre chicken and crappy service is insane. Popeyes has better food and faster service. So I went to Publix next door, had a box of chicken in 2 minutes for half the price. Don't waste your time or $ on a place that doesn't appreciate you, your time or your money.

By far the worst service ever worst service anywhere I have ever had. I placed an order online at 8pm . When I got to the place at 830 there were 2 other couples that walked in front of me. We all waited 7 minutes waiting for someone to attend to the counter. Everyone is working except this one young kid working the drive thru. He had nothing to do and just stood there looking around. I shouted, "hello anybody," and he looked at the customers at the counter and just ignored us all as he was leaning against the counter. I saw my bag on the other side of the mobile order cubby and reached over the counter and grabbed it. The kid said something and I said I can't wait another ten minutes. The two customers in front of me walked out and went to pizza hut next door to eat. They were extremely pissed. KFC get better managent to get on these lazy kids. I will never ever never in my life ever and never go there again!!!! I'm going to popeyes.
