This location stole my money and treated me like a criminal when presented with information proving that a mistake was made on their fault. Both the night manager Rebecca & the day manager Kimberly are rude and stubborn. Everyone makes mistakes and that is understandable, but when given facts it’s unacceptable to be obtuse and stubborn when the customer is right. I on average spend $200 a month at this location which will immediately come to a stop.

This has to be slowest and most poorly ran McDonalds in Brevard County. Do yourself the favor and drive to a different location, you’ll probably get your food fast then ordering and waiting at this one.

We go to the drive thru most Sundays on way to Melbourne...at best, sub-standard.
Management mistreatment of employees is pathetic at this store. Food consistently made wrong. Management listening to music while on the job and then acting like I am the bother for still not wanting mayo on my sandwich. Disorganized drive thru. Not child friendly!
Put in a mobile order from the parking lot at 11:44 , waited for person in front of me for an extended period of time to get their order , then when I finally was able to pull up to pickup window it was 12:04 and they refused to make order, even though I had already paid. Not the first time this location has done this.

Update: I stopped in for some old soggy fries today. I tried to pawn them off on the dogs but even they were disappointed ? ?!
Terrible. Can't even go inside. Who knows what the he'll they're doing in there. I don't know whose worse McDonald's or Burger King. Today it's a tie , I guess. Jesus

The manager is a real Karen I ordered the collectible meals only to be told I couldn’t get the cups because the order wasn’t rang in properly I offered to pay the difference, she said no.
