Great little gem of a spot! With lots of parking, friendly service and generous portions, there's a lot to love! Order from the single page menu with plenty of options. I got the pancake breakfast with a full serving of biscuits and gravy...let's just say I didn't leave hungry!
Although it might be a little tough to tell from the outside, even with the fresh coat of paint recently applied, I promise it's clean, warm and spacious on the inside.
Highly recommend for medium size groups and casual one on one meetings as well.
A solid 4.7 ☆'s

Extensive breakfast menu with plenty of sweet or savory.
Big parking lot.

Great morning menu. Huge amounts of food on all orders. We have had breakfast and lunch. Both were worth the drive for us. Atmosphere is a little low because of open space and conversations carry distances making it a little noisy sometimes at the end of the long resturant. But with all of this said..large portions of great food makes it a great placed forbreakfast and lunch. There are 2 or 3 of these resturants in the north Rockledge/ Meritt Island area. They are both great.

Open and spacious inside. Great variety for choices. Huge portions!!! Amazing food!!! Everything we had tasted so fresh! Our waitress was so sweet (I don't think I caught her name though).

My Island Pancake House is definitely a first choice for breakfast. The food was amazing, the service was very fast, and the place was very clean. I would absolutely love to come back.

The food there is super good. Costumer service is so nice which is really surprising because most of the time the restaurant is pretty full. Super good food I would recommend it to anyone who likes pancakes!

six of us had lunch today. One person’s food was burned, their potatoes. We requested a refund for just the potatoes and they did refuse. It seemed quite important to them that they not return the money for the potatoes that were burned. We did let them know that we would not return. We have regularly eaten there and never had this problem in the past. Really too bad. Also, they have no salads on the menu except a dinner salad that was quite expensive. They said that was to make people use their salad bar, which was very unexciting and expensive.
