Their quality has declined, rude service (especially to people of color). “I hope they don’t yell at me” or “you’re going to be difficult huh” is not what I want to hear upon request for extra cheese or an egg cooked a certain way… It’s disappointing to see the decline in service and food. We’ve given it multiple chances with different servers. We just aren’t comfortable eating here anymore.

My son, nephew and I, had breakfast there last Saturday. The food was good but the coffee was horrendous! I don't know what coffee is being used but I couldn't force that swill down my throat. The wzitess was very attentive and courteous. When she went on her break she informed us that her coworker would see to our needs. Her coworker was just as attentive.

I was out with my family and decided to stop by and get breakfast and the food was great I had the meatlovers omelet and the waitress was attentive and nice, the only thing I had a problem with was their coffee, it was more like a weak coffee flavored water, but other than that I enjoyed myself.

The food was okay but the pancakes were not as good as I expected given that the restaurant has pancake in their name. The atmosphere I can't be too critical as they had a sign that they were doing renovations. The main problem I had was that an item on the menu was highly misleading: it said pancakes, waffles, or French toast and add on all you can eat pancakes for 2 dollars more. I got French toast and added AYCE pancakes and I expected to just pay 2 dollars more like it said on the menu but the waitress charged me 12 dollars each for both full price. When I brought up the issue to her she didn't do anything. Will not be coming back sorry

My daughter and I popped in for lunch today. She had pancakes and they came out hot and perfect. I had the BLT, which was giant and delicious. The service was friendly and fast. We are out of towners or we would make this place one of our regular hangouts.

Our group from the Brevard Women Social Club had a wonderful experience at My Island Pancake House. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made sure every detail was handled with care. The food was fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious—the perfect backdrop for meaningful conversation and connection. It’s clear that this is more than just a place to eat; it’s a place where community can gather and feel at home. Five stars all around for great service, great food, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again.
