Ive ordered from this pizza hut alot over the years. Last 2 times I've ordered they have left items ordered out when delivered by door dash. A few times before they left items ordered and paid for out they ignored the request to have pizza cut into squares. If your reading this and are contemplating ordering from this pizza hut, Dont they are going down hill fast service sucks and don't bother ordering boneless wings they put sauce in bottom of container then put dry chicken nuggets on top , the employees who work there need to get a job in anything but customer service, id be extremely embarrassed to work for this franchise the owner should have their franchise rights removed they obviously have no clue on how to hire or run a decent operation. Last time I'll ever order from here

I ordered I did not get what I ordered tried to call was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then kept getting hung up on when I was trying to talk to a manager about what had happened the first time this has happened at this location poor leadership

I'd like to update this review. There are a lot of positive reviews here that are obviously left by (or on behest of) corporate and should be removed from Google. Pizza hut is, at best, mediocre convenience food and no one is going to rush home and leave glowing 5 star ratings for it. This particular location has apparently had health code violations going back a couple of years (according to the staff). So, these enthusiastic reviews are obviously fake.

Just ordered a pizza around 4:00 pm on 23 August 2023. As I was eating slice I noticed a topping on the pizza moving. There was a roach in/on the pizza. Also put on hold for quite awhile trying to reach the store about the issue. They said I was the first to complain about roaches in the pizza in two years. Nice.
In a perfect world I'd say that maybe a visit from the health department would be in order.

I normally order Domino's and figured I'd give Pizza Hut a try after many years after my wife and I not ordering from them because of a bad order. Not only is it basically the same cost as Domino's but you don't have the option to order sauces.
The thin crust tasted like the cheapest frozen pizza you could find at a grocery store. The wings were clearly from frozen and lukewarm and dry again with no sauce.
The cheesy bread was good but also as good as frozen grocery store cheesy bread.
After one slice of the pizza, the rest of it went straight into the trash.
It baffles my mind how this place is still in business.
I enjoyed a Thin crust supreme and a Stuffed crust Hawaiian add Green Pepper. The price after delivery was a bit high at more than 50 after delivery fee, tax, and tip

This place is horrible;( we ordered pizza and waited until after the delivery time. When I called the woman said she's looking at my pizza and I could come pick it up. Why not a phone call to explain the issue. I paid for a service and a little courtesy goes a long way. This has happened multiple times with this pizza hut.

I fail to understand why I have to pay 70% more if I get it delivered when they say the driver only gets paid by tips? How is that fair to the customer?

I used to always order Pizza Hut pizza as it’s always been my favorite but I had not ordered in quite some time. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra sauce tonight and am extremely disappointed. Looks like the medium size has been downsized, no extra sauce and the flavor was only so-so. Sad to say, I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
