My server was wonderful. My Chai Latte was not right. I called to inform them. Again, my server was lovely, apologetic and referred me to a shift supervisor who proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my drink. Who knew she tasted it! Won't return, except to say hello to that lovely server.

Not beholden to coffee shop standards. Pulled up and tried to order an iced American, extra heavy creme, and one Stevia. An order I had made countless times before hwre at this location. Was told only on cold brew, I tried to ask why and got that's how it is. I was annoyed but was going to write off this scooters then, then manager wanted to come up to me ib the drive through "do you have a problem with the heavy cream?" Confrotning me in the drive through, they don't care if other franchises or coffee shops do it, she was very rude and i had to calm some people in the car down afterwards., I will not be returning to a scooters again. Somehow, worse than dunking donuts

Good for a quick coffee and breakfast on the go. I haven't explored the menu to in depth. Simply grab some espresso and a breakfast burrito via drive-thru. They're a Happy crew at rockledge location.

This is my new spot! I stopped in last week and I've been back 3 times all the way from Port St John. I caught happy hour today and was so excited to get 3 large smoothies for less that $12! I will definitely be a regular customer! Happy hour days are fantastic!
