Best fast food customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I haven’t been to Taco Bell in years, but will return here again soon. Great friendly helpful staff. Clean seating area. Well prepared food and just as expected Taco Bell taste.

So the Taco Bell on Barton changed their hours, I walked in before nine and the employee saw me and didn’t say anything for literally 5 minutes. Completely waisted my time when she could have just told me they were closed. I had to ask, and then she very blankly said “yeah we changed hour hours like a week ago.” Well u could have said that when you saw me standing here? I thought that was so rude. I understand I could have checked the hours. But I always stop at Taco Bell for breakfast around 830 so I didn’t expect them to be closed. And the door was open. Be decent and acknowledge customers please. Waisted time I could have spent somewhere else.

This store has left items of my order; check your order before you pull away. I was 3 minutes "early" for the mobile order I placed (there was no time listed anywhere for when I was "allowed" to pick up my mobile order) and they actually told me to leave the drive through and come back through at the proper time. There were 5 items in the order- two of which were chips and cheese dip. Like what if I placed the order there? Isn't that the point of a drive through?? Love it when they dump everything in a bag and it gets tossed everywhere and crushed with any movement the bag makes.
They don't serve breakfast AT ALL starting today 10/30/24

They lie to you about things being available because they're lazy as hell, will make you wait to pickup a mobile order when there's absolutely no one else in the vicinity of the store when you ordered it 10 minutes prior, and give you the wrong shit after waiting 10 minutes for a mobile order you ordered ahead to avoid waiting for. Waited for a mobile order in the parking lot and when I went back at my 'designated time' the food still wasn't ready. They just like being lazy, go with the one on Murrell and save yourself 10 minutes

I was in here yesterday around lunch time and I saw this lady with a bunch of tattoos (who I can only assume to be management) barking orders at other workers? Maybe your staff would smile more if they felt more appreciated?♀️DO BETTER

I come here 2-4 times a week. Every time I come here they cook the chips and cinnamon twists in rancid oil. Smells horrible tastes sour. Tonight my fries were undercooked too. I’m not usually one to complain, but I’m very broke and just wasted money I could have spent elsewhere on rancid food. I’ve managed fast food restaurants and that is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe.
