never had a problem with this location until today. we went at 7pm thru the drive thru and found a dead roach in our bag between our food. we were already home by this point so we decided to at least check our food.

we ordered two large nacho fries and were given MAYBE 10 fries between the two orders. one cheese cup had enough for three fries, the other cup was empty besides the cheese residue on the sides and the lid, making the cup appear filled. the whole middle was hollowed out completely.

Never really had issues with this taco bell until this one employee started working there. There's a heavy set African American guy that works there and he always has a attitude at the window. He purposely handed me my debit card back pressed against my drink. This could have caused it to deactivate. If you don't like your job then don't work there.

Probably the worst service I got from Taco Bell. Been asked for my order number three times, they don’t have the items I ordered on the app, forget to give me my drink, they shoved everything into one bag and my fries fell off. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get new fries. All this happened in one visit.

Service sucks, stood there waiting after ordering in the kiosk and no one acknowledged us to even pay. Order didn’t even get started and she was like oh I would have to cash you out. What is the sense in order from the kiosk. I walked out!!

My daughter are i stopped there for a quick bite while otw home. There was no one in the dining room except for us. We ordered and it literally took 45 min to get our food. I would have left but I had already paid for the food. I didn't want to complain abt their slow service because, well you know (don't ever complain abt service in a ff restaurant because you don't know what they may do to your food). It was ridiculously slow, and the cashier seemed not sure about how to work the register. I will say the food was very good though after we received it (but I was starving by then and cardboard might have been delicious by then). So if you don't mind WAITING for what seems like an eternity, you will appreciate the tacos.

Usually we don't have a problem with this taco bell, nice and friendly staff, happy and polite. But today during lunch time was absolutely horrible! We arrived near 11:30am and went inside and used the kiosk to order, we were the only costumers at this time. 30 minutes later with 20+ orders piled and nobody inside getting helped or served while the drive through line was flying through. Eventually we walked up to the counter and asked for a refund, and the manager didn't even acknowledge us and just totally ignored us. A female worker (wish i got her name, she was the saving grace today) spoke up, and asked if she made our food would we still want the refund. We said no just the food is fine. Everybody else that was waiting started saying stuff and not once did the manager speak up, apologize, or offer any condolences, the only worker that was responding and trying to get all of us taken care of was the worker, all the other workers just kept there focus on the drive through.

Based off today's interaction the manager at this location is unfit for his job title and should step down immediately. He was not being the type of leader a crew would follow. One single employee should not be dealing with 20+ angry costumers while the manager is in hiding.
