It was a nice visit.? Quiet & not many customers. Food was hot&CORRECT! ?? Restaurant LOOKED pretty clean, floor,tables counter,drink area all wiped down&was visually clean.? The Only thing that I noticed needing attention was a VERY Sticky floor?!?♀️ It LOOKED clean but our shoes sticking& making all those noises told us a different story The Manager seemed nice.(I didn't mention the floor)We will go back though??Parking: No issues at all Plenty of parking Large Lot for small strip mall behind them also, for bigger vehicles like Campers,or big trucks?Kid-friendliness: Kids menu Plenty of room in restaurant booths tables, some barstools?Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking & wheelchair entrance ❤️

This location (Barton Blvd) has about 1 competent person working there. I ordered a mobile order and literally waited 1 hour for 5 items. They were standard items. No frills and they kept telling people they were out of rice, potatoes, and chips but they kept making things for drive through with chips. It’s absolutely ridiculous how slow they were. I about had a panic attack in there. I wish there was a Taco Bell closer I wish that I could talk to a manager. I wish that corporate would reach out. You can’t talk to anyone and so no resolutions are ever made. Here have two free taco coupons on us. You can’t use them at the same time though. 2 tacos for an hour wait. You have got to be kidding me. The place was filthy. You complain about being short staffed. Ok so either close inside and make it drive through only or close drive through and make it inside only. You obviously can’t multitask. Just continuously frustrated with this place. They also kept making orders for people that already picked up their food bc they weren’t clearing the queue out. You have the blind leading the blind at that place. The ONE competent person came in around 30 minutes into my wait and could see everyone in there’s frustration. Bless her. She tried to restore order but that didn’t happen.

The wait was astronomical in the drive thru. 30 minutes, and you're locked in. There's no way out. Had a mobile order and got stuck in the drive thru waiting for over 30 minutes on some fries and a taco. No drink.
