Just had lunch at the one in Titusville and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful. The wrap I had was the best I’ve had and the smoothie was delicious.

My daugther ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap to go at 2:45pm. Went to pick up her sibling at school. While she waited she bit into her wrap and it had Ranch on it. May seem petty to some but to a person who cannot stand Ranch she called and told her what she think happened. The girl on the other end understood and said come in and we will make it right, no charge. My daughter arrives back at the Health Bar at 3:10pm with her 99% intact wrap. The girls working said they were informed by the girl who's shift just ended that my daughter would be coming in. So the new girls said in order to get what she actually ordered was to order again and watch her wrap being made....and pay for it!!! Excuse me. Poor poor customer service.

I love this place! I don’t get in there very often but when I do, the staff is always so awesome… happy, friendly and helpful. I was having a bad day and decided to get myself something yummy but equally healthy. Ivan served me with a great attitude, contagious smile and even helped me figure out a great substitute for banana in my protein shake. If you haven’t tried avocado, do it! I was so impressed that he had enough emotional intelligence to recognize I needed uplifted, and rather than ignoring it and just doing his job as most would, he offered a gesture of kindness that I will never forget! Thank you Ivan, and thank you Health Bar for hiring and training great staff and offering high quality healthy options that are delicious, in an atmosphere that soothes the soul. Even the affirmation on the board by the register was just what I needed. Way to cover the entire experience in every way imaginable! Give Ivan some extra kudos please!
