“I've been to Cha Cha several times through the years. usually I reserve it for special events and everytime I go the food is always good and the staff is always polite. It's my usual go to for good Japanese food. I do want to set some expectations for anyone reading this, however. This is not a grandiose, 5 star elegant and fancy place and the menu is pretty decent and covers most anyones needs, but isn't quite the largest either. That is fine as what they have, is great! If you're looking for an upscale, overpriced bland food restaurant. This is not your place. There's major chains for that. If you're looking for genuinely good Japanese food, a cozy atmosphere, and an overall great place to get some Udon, have a Kirin and have a good time, than this is the place. Keep up the amazing work!“

“Food was great. In fact one of the better ramen I have eaten in a long time. Service on the other hand was not great. Staff was not personable or warm. Made me feel rushed to order. I had to initially engage and basically felt they did not want any dine in and preferred take out oders.“
