“We swallowed this food it was that satisfyingly good. Me & the hubs ordered the pork belly ramen--pork belly was perfectly cooked Korean BBQ style and I could taste it in the broth which is a plus. My server, Henry was cordial, professional, and allowed me to have my privacy, uninterrupted, for my single dinner. “I ate at Ichimi, and it was my first time eating ramen. It was a wonderful experience. In addition, the ambiance and decor are very nice. They don't take reservations, so I recommend getting their early because it will get packed. I recommend ordering the Ichimi Ramen and the Ichimi Cake“
“A neat hole in the wall. After you pick your seating, remember to order at the bar to speed up your process. The food is great for the prices. The chef delivers quality hand crafted rolls and he himself even brings them out. Likely if anyone does takeout, the food is done in the back, so it’s safe to assume the quality won’t be as good, just as a reference. Overall, would come back and order different items. Great little spot as long as you’re not expecting high end services.“

She busted her hump and did great but I can't imagine if the place was busier... she wouldn't have been able to keep up. I think she had at least 6 tables while we were there.“
