I’m a total sucker for a good calzone, and let me tell you—this place makes the BEST calzone hands down, in my opinion. Perfectly baked, loaded with delicious fillings, and packed with that authentic flavor you can’t fake. The rest of the menu is just as impressive, and the owner is always friendly and welcoming. If you haven’t tried Mi Pizza Piu yet, you’re seriously missing out. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful lunch on this cold day. Service was fabulous, food was hot and delicious and the beer was cold. I enjoyed a gigantic fried grouper sandwich cooked to perfection. The fries were yummy. I loved listening to the local customers talk about tonight’s freeze. This is a don’t miss stop!”

“5 stars all the way! First time at this establishment tonight…we ordered the fajitas and they were excellent. Even better, they were busy, but everyone inside was smiling and super kind when I picked up the meal. Tipped $20 for such a great experience on a $20.50 ticket. Keep up the good work!”

“The food was great. I am a frequent customer. I would have loved the give 5 stars but unfortunately the customer service was poor. I left my eyeglasses there and when I noticed I immediately called back and spoke with the owner the next morning to ask if anyone turned them in and if not, could they review their camera. She wasn't willing to help, and she offered many excuses. She had a nonchalant attitude. Why have a camera system if they are refusing to check it when needed. After numerous requests from me insisting she follow up; finally, she took my name but still I have not heard back from her or anyone else at this establishment. It's sad they treat a loyal customer this way. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Low key and right on the water where it's fun to watch a variety of birds and boats come and go. Full menu (including vegetarian items), ice cold beer and excellent service. Charla always made sure my pup and I had everything we needed. If I lived closer I'd be a regular. Great find in Ruskin!”

“Just drive to a different spot. I think the health inspector should probably visit again. Driving through and stopped here. Sunday morning at 8 am, not busy for Sunday morning standards by any means. We're sat at a table and the menus are dirty with sticky debris on them. There was dirt stuck to them so it was easy to tell they hadn't been wiped down or cleaned in a while. The waitress wasn't the most pleasant and welcoming but our order and drinks came correct and she brought drink refills. I went to the bathroom and there is absolutely no soap in the women's bathroom. It was bone dry. You know how sometimes you can get a few drops if it just went out. This was absolutely dry. Nothing. There was another woman who entered the handicapped stall and was fighting to get soap out of that one. She was audibly talking to herself about there being no soap. I spoke with the manager and asked how employees were actually washing their hands if there was no soap. He said he was just told about it and was going to replace it but there should be some in the handicapped stall. Respectfully, that doesn't answer my question since had it been busy and the handicapped stall had someone in there are employees just putting water on their hands and leaving to serve food again? After discussing with my husband, he mentioned that the last time he had come here there were dirty silverware and plates. Already disgusted with what I just experienced, I look up the health inspector report and sure enough they have been written up for dirty silverware before. In short, we won't be back. The soap in the bathrooms is required for health reasons! The food was not worth the money and I think we can all agree that spending money on food that wasn't great is the worst. But, this was beyond the food. Very disappointed. I am reaching out to corporate as well.”

“I come here for years. But after today's experience. I doubt I will be back. Orderd to eat in , 8 28, received to go. If we were told that they start cleaning and putting stuff away, we might have left go somewhere else. The Steak was not in my combo and qhen added it was like pork. Michael had no interest to help nor if the order is correct. Mainly interested in not to have to do dishes. Tip was not a good investment. We enjoyed coming here, food was always good, staff was thankful and cortous. We brought family even guests from Europe. It was just a not so good experience today and the time before. We will give one more shot. But we live in Bradenton and driving there seems to not be worth it anymore”
