I also love the fact that all the furniture is hand crafted and painted in Mexico. Rene was the one who took care of me while visiting, and what a great personality. “The food was great. I am a frequent customer. I would have loved the give 5 stars but unfortunately the customer service was poor. I left my eyeglasses there and when I noticed I immediately called back and spoke with the owner the next morning to ask if anyone turned them in and if not, could they review their camera. She wasn't willing to help, and she offered many excuses. She had a nonchalant attitude. Why have a camera system if they are refusing to check it when needed. After numerous requests from me insisting she follow up; finally, she took my name but still I have not heard back from her or anyone else at this establishment. It's sad they treat a loyal customer this way. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“I was in Ruskin for 3 nights and got tacos from here 3 times. Very delicious and they were open til 10pm most nights. I also had the pleasure of meeting a woman named Maria in that same driveway in the morning who was selling tamales and champurrado (Mexican hot chocolate) out of the back of her car. Please go check her out. I had her tamales twice!”

“The BEST PINCHOS. The owners are very nice people, everything is clean and the service is good. The Pinchos are so good, good flavor, tender?? Both chicken and the pork ones are very DELICIOUS. The bread is so fresh and the lemonades are so refreshing. It's a Familiar Atmosphere. Definitely YAMDRA'S PUERTO RICAN it's the BEST IN TAMPA BAY AREA.

“What I love most about POP Cs is the authentic good taste! I am never disappointed and the servings are completely satisfying with mouthwatering flavor in every bite (literally)! My favorite dish is the crawfish etouffee and even though it isn't on the daily menu, I still get what I want with a 24 hour notice. The customer satisfaction strategy is great and their catering even better. Plus their beignets and gumbo are unmatched! TRUST! UNMATCHED!!!”

“The restaurant has recently been renovated, it looks very modern and chic. The ladies who works here are very nice and friendly, it seems like they get mostly to go/pick up orders, but we dined in and the presentation was really good! Portion size were great!”

“I come here for years. But after today's experience. I doubt I will be back. Orderd to eat in , 8 28, received to go. If we were told that they start cleaning and putting stuff away, we might have left go somewhere else. The Steak was not in my combo and qhen added it was like pork. Michael had no interest to help nor if the order is correct. Mainly interested in not to have to do dishes. Tip was not a good investment. We enjoyed coming here, food was always good, staff was thankful and cortous. We brought family even guests from Europe. It was just a not so good experience today and the time before. We will give one more shot. But we live in Bradenton and driving there seems to not be worth it anymore”
