These Parts are Choice
We had brunch at Parts of Paris a few years ago. It was a very mixed experience and we hadn’t been back until now. I’m so glad that we tried them again.
Roman, our server, was great and helped us with excellent recommendations. We started with a couple of cocktails. The “Gaston” was so good that I had to get the recipe from the bartender. From there we shared the Shrimp Toast appetizer. I’ve never had anything quite like it...read full review

146 by Parts of Paris Cocktail Lounge | Eats is an awesome little place in Safety Harbor, an intimate bar full of personality with an atmosphere reminiscent of a European or Paris movie. It is a fantastic restaurant for a romantic evening. The menu and drinks are on point, with the best espresso martinis in the county and refreshing cocktails like the Bardot. Food highlights include delicious mussels, hand-cut French fries, and a quite nice crab cheese dip. Reviews note some dishes, like the minute steak or clams, can be inconsistent. The service is great, attentive, and spot on. It is more of a cocktail lounge, with tables better suited for drinks and dessert than a full-size meal, but it is a treat and a fun spot where you will not be disappointed.
