Brian was an outstanding server and even happened to know some of the kids who had passed. The food, drinks and service were excellent!! Highly recommend!”

“Best Italian I’ve had since Patti’s closed down MANY years ago!!! My Chicken Parm was delicious! Waitress was very attentive (sometimes they are not with a single mommy and a child). The salad and wine was great too. Only thing I would change is to offer customers fresh grated Parmesan when the food is served. I had to ask for it and waited for a few minutes for it to come as my food was getting cold. Overall great experience. We will be back!! Oh, and I tipped about 23% because waitress was so awesome!! I think her name was Lauren or Laura. Very close to my name. Lol We will be back!! 😁”

“Just moved to Jacksonville and found Balas Pizza in a shopping center close to our new rental. There baked wings are wonderful but their New York style pizza is the best pizza I’ve had outside of NYC.”

“Good food and portions, only problem is that everytime we go, I have to tell them to please turn down the (annoying) music. The employees have it loud for their benefit but my wife and I could hardly hear each other plainly. There were other patrons in the restaraunt that I know had the same issue but no one speaks up. Music is supposed to be BACKGROUND music - not a concert. Many other restaraunts do the same.”

“The coffee is so delicious and the staff is super kind. I brought all of my kids and made a crumby mess and offered to sweep it up, the staff told me not to worry about it and took care of our mess! Such a blessing.”

My daughter and I went to the St. John's location where we ordered cocoa waffle, plain Korean chicken, coconut blue, peach green tea with Crystal pearl, fried French toast and a cute plush. Total was about 50$ before tip. All of it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the inside was clean.”

“Oh my goodness. What a gem. Absolutely perfect. This woman understands doing the basics exceptionally well. Cod is absolutely fresh. Breading is indeed light, so you don't feel so full... it's light tasting and light feeling. The fries are a delightful cross between a potato chip and a French fry. And the prices are extremely reasonable given the high quality. Decor is very sparse, no chachkis or trinkets or "themes". Let the food speak for itself As if that's not enough, the whole place is as clean as an operating room. Congratulations on a beautiful business and great food.”

“We had a very nice and flavorful dinner ! Ceviche was fresh, large portion, perfect flavors. Also had the spicy wings and you can order all flats - a sign of a great wing place. Tacos and enchiladas were also nice portions and flavors

Best of all was Anna our waitress who is awesome, with great recommendations and knowledgeable of the menu, super service with a great smile and attitude! Made our first time there an easy and delicious outing.

My only concern was the very loud “background “ music When greeted by the hostess, communication was strained as she could not hear and kept asking what what, thanks to the manager who did turn the volume down to background music so we did not have to yell at the table. Thanks”

We had a Thursday "special" meal. It was the best beef stroganoff we have ever had! Should be on the menu, even though it isn't Italian.”

“The service was great and the people were friendly. I ordered the supreme chilli as a part of my to go meal. They mixed the cheese and onions that came with the chilli into one container. I didn't see it until I got home. The other Culver's store US 1 in St Augustine doesn't put the cheese and onions in the same container. Not a big deal but it seemed odd. Especially if I didn't want the cheese or the onions. Outside of that it was a good.meal.”

“The food and service were good but to charge $1.75 for a few ounces of milk to go with a $4 cup of coffee is a little desperate and classless. That extra charge is like "the straw that broke the camel's back". Calculate the loss in repeat business vs. that charge. Doesn't add up. Something for management to think about.”

He did an exceptional job of listening to me and offering me choices and then when I picked up the food at the drive-thru window he was very personal and actually made my experience better. My kids. Love Zaxby's. I don't eat there because I'm a vegan. Hopefully someday they will have a few more choices for us plant-based eaters. But right now I just wanted to let the business owner know that DJ is doing a great job over there and I appreciate that”
