Brian was an outstanding server and even happened to know some of the kids who had passed. The food, drinks and service were excellent!! Highly recommend!”

“Best Italian I’ve had since Patti’s closed down MANY years ago!!! My Chicken Parm was delicious! Waitress was very attentive (sometimes they are not with a single mommy and a child). The salad and wine was great too. Only thing I would change is to offer customers fresh grated Parmesan when the food is served. I had to ask for it and waited for a few minutes for it to come as my food was getting cold. Overall great experience. We will be back!! Oh, and I tipped about 23% because waitress was so awesome!! I think her name was Lauren or Laura. Very close to my name. Lol We will be back!! 😁”

“Just moved to Jacksonville and found Balas Pizza in a shopping center close to our new rental. There baked wings are wonderful but their New York style pizza is the best pizza I’ve had outside of NYC.”

“One of the best Happy Hours. Drinks are excellent and 1/2 price appetizers are very good. Wish they would add Fried ravioli. Would be great with their marinara sauce. We had a Thursday "special" meal. It was the best beef stroganoff we have ever had! Should be on the menu, even though it isn't Italian.”

“This was my first visit, but will not be my last! My daughter and I went to the St. John's location where we ordered cocoa waffle, plain Korean chicken, coconut blue, peach green tea with Crystal pearl, fried French toast and a cute plush. Total was about 50$ before tip. All of it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the inside was clean.”

“Well, ive been coming here for a few weeks, since my sister's got me hooked on it and let me just say it is always a pleasure to come in and feel like im in home away from home. The food is always quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. The customer service and kitchen staff are on par with that of a Michelin star restaurant, I mean the people are open minded and always greet me with a smile, they know my food by heart because I'm a regular now. They literally do their best to make sure everything is perfect, and I love it! It feels like a mom and pop shop with a big happy family. It might seem like they couldn't get better, but they're always improving. Big shout out to ashlyn and the one manager with the glasses, I forgot her name, though she just told me. But thats my memory just being bad.”

“The food and service were good but to charge $1.75 for a few ounces of milk to go with a $4 cup of coffee is a little desperate and classless. That extra charge is like "the straw that broke the camel's back". Calculate the loss in repeat business vs. that charge. Doesn't add up. Something for management to think about.”

“The service was great and the people were friendly. I ordered the supreme chilli as a part of my to go meal. They mixed the cheese and onions that came with the chilli into one container. I didn't see it until I got home. The other Culver's store US 1 in St Augustine doesn't put the cheese and onions in the same container. Not a big deal but it seemed odd. Especially if I didn't want the cheese or the onions. Outside of that it was a good.meal.”

“First time there a week ago food and service was perfect! I brought another friend 5 days later but this time the food was barely lukewarm. Service was good but my friend did not want to complain that her chimichanga was cold. Sometimes you just don’t feel like it. I didn’t care for my dish which I wouldn’t order again which was quesadilla with chicken and pineapple. I couldn’t taste the pineapple. I’ll go back but order something different.”

“Observing no meat on Fridays during Lent, we ordered Shrimp Lo Mein and Shrimp Egg Foo Young. We ate there and were pleasantly surprised. For a fast food joint, they have a few tables and serve pretty good food. The service was friendly too.”

“When we got there it was an hour long wait for the grill and a 10-15 minute wait for a regular table. The kids wanted to do the grill but were ok with the regular table after we found out how long we would have to wait for the grill. There were only 2 cooks at the grill tables so we knew it would take some time for everyone to enjoy the presentation. We were seated at our regular table and our waitress was AMAZING even since she was really busy!! Our food was delicious and came out fast!!!! Our drinks were never empty and she was checking on us the whole time!!!! Would definitely recommend Jana's Steakhouse to anyone!!!”
