I am normally very happy with this Dunkin Donuts. It's well maintained and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. The coffee is what we come here for most often and it's usually spot on.
However, the last couple of times we have ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, we have received very measly portions of cream cheese on the bagel. It ends up making the bagel very dry to eat and it is not an enjoyable experience. This time the cappuccino was not very good...read full review
