4 out of 5 times my order is incorrect or they forget something (no cream cheese on a bagel with cream cheese mostly). I even order online so they can't but always do mess it up. Not sure why I'm even posting this, Dunkin doesn't care.

If your staff doesn't know what coffee is suppose to look/taste like, and on top of that, gives customers attitude, you have a serious problem.Came through the drive in yesterday about 3pm. Simple order - Med hot coffee, 3 cream & 3 sugar. Drove off to find the coffee was watery/milky. So, I drove back and went inside to get a replacement.Same girl who served me in the drive through served me inside.Gave me another coffee...EXACTLY the same problem - watery!I asked what was going on, she said, 'that's just how it comes out'.I had her serve me a coffee BLACK. Guess what? Coffee looked like weak tea....totally watered down.I asked that she brew a fresh pot, which she did only because I demanded it.No apology...she didn't even want to look at me...she just wanted me to leave, and it took 20 minutes out of my day to just get a cup of coffee.Thanks for nothing.

This place is an absolute joke. They never have the donuts you order but it doesn’t really matter because they are going to throw whatever donut they feel like throwing into the bag. What an absolute clown

All the girls were playing with a dog in the restaurant while working and dealing with food orders. I think that’s very unsanitary. To make matters even worse, they thought it was funny and was making whispers about it. Yes I do see you all playing with the dog and no I’m not happy about it!

I have always looked at reviews for fast food and thought to myself "what do you really expect?".Today my experience at the Race Track rd DD's was so bad that I needed to write about it (even if its just for my own therapeutic relief). It started with me ordering a glazed Chocolate donut in drive thru. I passed it back to my daughter and asked her to break it into 4 pieces to pass to her autistic brother. When I looked back to check, however, I noticed that the donut was a chocolate frosted. So I turn the car around, walk in and flag the girl who served us in drive thru to tell her that they botched the order. "No problem we can swap for the donut we gave you" she says. I explain that my kid ripped the donut apart already and offer to pay for the replacement (being polite but not entirely sincere about my offer), and she waves my offer off like she still has it. Then last minute she puts the new donut down at the register and says her associate will ring me up for it. What the literal F is that? Even if I brought back a whole donut are you actually going to put it back and serve it to someone else? This place is very poorly run and I shouldn't have expected any better. That said, they need to clean up their acts!
I mean nothing is amiss. I liked that my drink was hot, sometime other location give me lukewarm stuff.

Wanted to update my review now thay things have changed for the better! This is an amazing location now. Maybe it was growing pains in the beginning. They all know me as I drive up and know my order before I order it. They have gotten amazing at service and I come back every morning now. Thank you for making the great changes!I order my coffee the same way every single morning. Iced, 2 cream, 3 splenda. Simple right? o was so excited about this location being so close to home and they have been the best until recently. In the past week, its been made wrong 3 times. Not to mention the giant piece of plastic I bit down on in the middle of the breakfast bagel I was eating. Well today Ive had enough of not saying anything and I turn around to get me coffee remade. It had a ton of sugar in it and almost white with so much cream. I asked him to remake the coffee with 2 cream 3 splenda and he tells me "fine but I mae it right". I told him he made it with sugar because I was crunching on it after each sip. Then he rudely sets this remade coffee down and says "here". It was clear it was wrong again because the two coffees were COMPLETELY different in color. I tasted it, and no splenda. No sweetener at all. So I just left and told my husband we will never go to that location again just because of this guy who was so rude. Such a shame because I loved everyone that I saw every morning.

I sat in the drive-thru waiting with two or three cars in front of me. I finally got up to the window and got my mobile order and when I went to take a drink pulling out onto Racetrack Rd. I realized they gave me sweet tea instead of the unsweetened tea with stevia that I asked for. I'm diabetic so I can't even drink the drink that I received and after sitting in line to get it there was no way I was going back! :-(

Always clean, workers are friendly! The one manager with the brown hair and freckles is so nice and always smiling and very friendly! I love that manager Jenny too.
