We came here after a family reunion there was about 10 of us they allowed us to make reservations they put us in a separate room the waitress was very good all the food I think was excellent everybody got different things I would recommend coming again this is the one that's in a mall area not the one that's on the water

This was my first visit and the food was great. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with family.

We have tried this place on four different occasions. The food is great! The service might be the worse I’ve seen in Jacksonville. One time we sat 5 feet from the kitchen window and were watching for our truffle fries dyeing is the open for solid 10 minutes. They ended up serving us cold fries. Embarrassing

Abree was an amazing server and provided excellent service for our entire meal! She was extremely attentive and constantly made sure we were taken care of. We will be requesting her for our next meal at the restaurant. She made our experience a 10/10 and was extremely kind and welcoming.

We were dining for our anniversary which we noted on the reservation. Our reservation was at 5:30 and I ordered a glass of wine with dinner. The waitress forgot I’d ordered it and I had to remind her. Then despite it being happy hour, I was never offered my second glass. Our appetizers were very good but trying to cut them into bite size pieces proved difficult. They need to get different knives. Same with my broccoletti. It was cooked quite Al dente and the stem was impossible to cut with my knife. Finally we waited for our plates to be cleared so we could order dessert for our anniversary treat. We waited so long, and never had any further attention. We eventually had to ask another waitress to get our waitress and just asked for our check. No acknowledgment of our anniversary..

Went for brunch/lunch on a Saturday afternoon. LOVED that we were able to sit at the bar with our pup in her stroller. Bartender was so great and told us about weekly specials which in turn brought us back on Tuesday for AYCE shrimp and soup to go.

The lobster roll was filled with huge pieces of mat and the lobster bisque as well. Champagne was flowing and food was delicious! We’re excited to try the crab leg special one night as well!!

Seriously a seafood restaurant that cannot properly shuck oysters?!?! Not cut loose from the shell and very gritty. We ended the visit there. Oh and we wanted prosecco with our oysters and they had no cold prosecco. We will stick with Julington Fish Camp.

This spot sits in such a prime location that we’ve kept rooting for it, especially with how much we’d love reliable fresh seafood nearby. Sadly, after three tries, we’re officially tapping out.
Everything arrived noticeably cold. The kids’ fried shrimp were chilled, the mac and cheese had that unmistakable “just nuked some shredded cheese on top” vibe, and my husband’s steak was completely raw and not edible except for the sides that we carved out. My crab cake sandwich was ice cold with a horrible “gone bad” fish taste that I won’t soon forget.
The sushi came out about 20 minutes after the rest of the meal due to a ticket printer issue. The server was quick to apologize and comped both the sushi and crab cake, which we appreciated. We didn’t even bring up the steak—we’re apparently the type who’d rather suffer in silence than pile on complaints. At the price point of this place, it’s unacceptable.
We won’t be returning, but I genuinely hope the kitchen finds its rhythm. With the right adjustments, this place could be great.

We went particularly for the Wednesday oyster special -- $1/oyster, raw or steamed. Three of us had oysters, and all found them to be full of shell pieces. Reported to the server, and he offered to get another dozen, but we declined. I had the shrimp po boy. The fried shrimp were tasteless, and the breading was soggy. The smoked fish dip and grilled grouper bites were both very good. The server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very nice, especially the octopus wallpaper in one area!

Went there to deliver an order from Instacart. Food smelled great, staff was friendly, and folks seemed glad to be there.

Very nice restaurant with a casual atmosphere. The bang band shrimp was the best I've eaten in years. Half price at happy hour along with selected sushi rolls and drinks.
