“Beautiful restaurant. Me and my husband came here 2 times and both of the time the food been hot and delicious! We both got ramen and the bowls are big and they give a good generous amount of food for the price! The staff is kind and friendly which is a plus for me!“
“Ramen that you can eat year round. Hands down the most delicious broth and ramen bowl I've had on the east coast, this includes 5/6 places I've tried in NYC. The tonkatsu is rich, creamy and not salty like other places. The charsu is thick and well seasoned, rather than the sandwich slice most restaurants give you. They have a great curry broth that is unique to their shop. The curry has been a favorite of my family since they opened. Service is fast and friendly. Atmostphere is fun and friendly. Happy they open for lunch on weekends. This lands at #1 for my top 5 restaurants in Jacksonville.Vegetarian options: Tofu was a great add-on to ramenParking: always free and openKid-friendliness: fun design with Anime characters painted on the wallsWheelchair accessibility: ramp leading up to sidewalk in plaza“
“Was finally close by and decided to stop in for takeout. Was greeted warmly when I walked in and my order was taken quickly. I ordered the modu wings spicy, tonkatsu ramen and spicy shoyu ramen with udon noodle. The wings were crispy and tasty as was the tonkatsu ramen. Unfortunately the Shoyu didn’t have udon noodle but ramen (which my husband is not a fan of) he said the flavor was good and def spicy. Just wish the order had been right. Will definitely try it again but will make sure to check the order before I leave.“
“I'm kicking myself over having not come here sooner. Service is friendly and very quick. Poke bowls, sushi, and milk/bubble tea (my favorite is the honeydew) are incredibly tasty, with excellent pricing. My orders (intended for take-home) have all been packaged thoughtfully and with attention to detail. Absolutely love this little neighborhood spot!“
“Made our first visit last night and will definitely be back. A great addition to the WGV dining scene which has been so lacking in the area. Immediately after being seated we were given miso soup, before our drink order was taken - how nice. We had the Avocado salad, 4 sushi rolls, beer and wine. The sushi was so fresh and the presentation was WOW! I won't say more, stop in especially at night and see. With the check came deep fried Oreos, never had that anywhere before. The service was very attentive. Stop in for a meal soon.“
“I eat a LOT of Japanese food. Hana is excellent. Top notch food and service. Try to come here every time I visit my mother. Delicious and beautiful food. Only odd thing is the campy mason jar water glasses. Everything else is so classy. Still a 5 star sushi bar.“
“Very nice place!!! they have private booth seating and a call button for waiter to serve you! I've waited a long time to come here and it did not disappoint. The food was flavorful AND it reminded me so much of my second home(Japan). I definitely will be back“
“The food taste and quality were excellent and it came out fast from the kitchen. Service was otherwise adequate but the don’t take that too negatively as I ate during the lunch rush. It was quick enough for a working person to be in and out for their lunch break.“
“Got myself the hibachi shrimp dinner with a clear soup and extra side rice, an all in all it was great there was a but of leaking in the bag from the vegetables but the mess was contained, But that's besides the point the food was good the staff on hand was very friendly, Plus they cooked it all up in a timely manner. They also have a nice interior which makes for a nice calm atmosphere in the restaurant.“
“We just ate at Sushi Garden yesterday June 3rd 2023 and it was amazing!!! miso soup terrific..house salad with their homemade decadent ginger dressing..out of control roll was the bomb!!! The service was excellent food came out quick and great presentation!!! We live just 2 miles away and will be regulars there!!! 5 stars!!!“
“what a wonderful experience!! was craving ramen and decided to give this place a try and the food and service was AMAZING. will definitely be returning.Dietary restrictions: i was able to sub pork and get Chicken Katsu Ramen with the Sho-Yu base“
“Delightful! We dropped by on a whim ... knowing nothing about this new restaurant, but the food is mouth watering. The name “Iso Iso” translates to "cheerfully and excitedly", and that's exactly how we found the staff and food to be as a whole. I really enjoyed the Iso Iso Ramen (very spicy) bowl, and my wife had the Iso Iso Rice bowl, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Will be back to check out the other assorted food options!“
“We have tried Oola Mala several times since they opened and I really like this restaurant. We've tried their Oola Mala pot, beef pot, and lamb pot. We have also tried various sushi/rolls. I have to call out that we tried the Radiant Sunrise Roll, which is more like a couple of ...beef taco? While I laugh a little at it (that it's not a sushi roll), it is really really delicious. We've tried several of their rolls and like how creative they get and mostly are very tasty. In the end, we typically go with the lamb pot and ask for extra extra extra spicy. When it's regular spicy, I find it a bit mild. However, that is purely a presonal preference. The soup base is very tasty, regardless of how spicy you request it. It comes with a wide variety of ingredients. The only downside is that there is not something to keep the soup hot the entire time, which is traditionally, what hotpot is about. So I do find myself rushing to finish up because I like my soup very hot. But overall, when I am craving for a nice 'pot' of soup, Oil Mala would come to mind.“
