Their hours are way too short. Closing at 4 pm means I have to skip work to get a donut. And I came today before they closed, and they refused service, saying they ran out of donuts, not even willing to take my order

I have been buying at Parlor Doughnuts for a long time because I love their sweets. Today I made a purchase requested since 12 noon and it said that my order would arrive at 1:30 in the afternoon, so as the arrival time approached, my order was delayed more until it finally arrived at 3 in the afternoon. I had to wait longer than usual, and not only was it the wait but the order was not complete either. Please pay more attention to customer orders to avoid unpleasant moments.

Love this place to come and just sit outside. If you love fancy donuts, this place is for you! So many choices. I personally just like their Plain Jane donut. Perfectly yummy with just the right amount of sugar!

A frustratingly sweet experience. Donuts are great, no two ways about it. Perfect consistency of the dough with interesting toppings with well balanced flavor. Rather pricey, but worth it. Worst customer service you'll ever have in a donut shop. Even on a slow day, expect to order your donuts and wait unattended for an extended period of time while staff pursues no apparent duty whatsoever. There is an overt attitude of disregard for customers, and no trace of the accommodating spirit most successful businesses in the service industry keep as standard. The donuts are not worth it.

We have come here on several occasions and I get the same thing... They have bread options gluten free and sourdough for me and the staff refused to give me these options. I have NEVER had any issues AT ALL when I come durning the week with the staff... The WEEKEND staff is very rude and not knowledgeable whatsoever, they have no idea what's going on. I am highly allergic to gluten and was applauded by this service I received here as well as felt VERY mistreated.

They left our donuts in the back, forgot about our order, and gave us the wrong donut. But they were very kind about their mistake, and gave us a free donut. The donuts are certified homeslice; very cakey.

The doughnuts were amazing. The breakfast sandwiches were awful. The bacon, egg and cheese on an unglazed layered doughnut had an ice cold egg on it. When I spoke with the cook, she placed her finger on it, felt the cold and said "I can heat this up, if you would like." I asked that she heat id up and explained that I did not like cold eggs. The unglazed layered doughnut (outside of sandwich) was so greasy it could be eaten. A slice of avocado toast, no egg was ordered. We received one slice of bread with a schmear of guacamole on it - at a cost of $8.95. The others in our party waited nearly 30 minutes for breakfast. They definitely need a new kitchen/cook staff. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
