Food and service are great! The building is an old gas station. But it's not about the building. It's about the food... and we love it! There's a lot of outdoor seating. Only 5 tables inside, and a large bar.

Order the blackened shrimp wrap and a veggie wrap with grilled mushrooms. The shrimp were pink and unseasoned, appeared to be salad shrimp. My wrap had maybe 4 mushrooms and they appeared to be from a can ?. I then asked about the mushrooms which were an up charge, he simply said “she put mushrooms on there”. I woulda been ok with them not being grilled if they were fresh but from a can???? No sir, this ain’t it. I opened the whole wrap AGAIN to show him the mushrooms. He then asks if I want some mushrooms on the side, and I just say no thank you. He had the nerve to say “well I asked”. At least I was able to eat the fries?. Glad Riverside Cafe is open tomorrow

I love this place. It's well run by staff and owners that care about how they're doing their jobs and your experience here. The food is basic but delicious. Hamburgers and sides are delicious and the shrimp wrap is delicious. Oysters are always cold and perfect. The owners hang there hat on presenting the best raw oysters in the Panhandle of Florida. The food and table service are fast and efficient. The beer is cold and there is a good selection. This is old Florida at it's absolute best.

Had hamburger with bacon. Cook perfectly. All condiments fresh. Potato salad home made and was awesome. Sat outside is a great day with breeze. Service spot on friendly and attentive.

Small mom and pop burger house. Great burgers and fries. Love the fishing town atmosphere. Sitting outside, you could tell this is a close nit community. Hald the vehicles driving by were towing a boat, and half of those honked and waved or stopped to take to someone they knew. A friendly town.
